Hotel Talhof sells fast on our site. Surrounded by the scenic mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps, the family-run Hotel Talhof enjoys a quiet location on the Roggenboden plateau in the Wildschönau Valley. Guests enjoy free access to the indoor pool and the modern spa area, as well as free WiFi and free use of the underground car park.
Spa facilities include a sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, a relaxation room, and a massage room.

Review 1：Great location, mountain views, small slope just outside the hotel. In-house garage and ski storage rooms. Newly refurbished pool & sauna area are excellent! Has an onsite restaurant which serves food through out the day. There are also fresh towels every day and robes to use. The hotel is run by a family and the home-feel vibe is felt all around. The choo-choo train type bus takes to and from the slopes every day, and was a hit with my little one. There are few good groceries and ski rental places near by. Would recommend a car for commute. Will come back next year.

Review 17：Friendly staff. Kids liked the warm pool and kids play area on a rainy day. Parents can even monitor through closed circuit TV. Lift passes included with stay makes easy access to many mountain areas. Modern bathroom was both nice and spotlessly clean. Easy parking. Wifi included.

Review 20：We liked everything about the hotel. The service was outstanding, the apartments are large and accommodating, the pool was great and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We would recommend it to all of our friends and would definitely stay here again.

Review 21：Room bins not empied for period of stay.A room cleaning charge ( which we were not previously aware of ) was added to our bill. Better if it had been included in room price. Card machine was not working. Difficulty in paying the final bill.

Review 25：Very cosy and staff were very helpful and polite. We were given free passes for the cable cars which I would highly recommend. Food was very good and not expensive. Indoor pool was also very good and parking was easy right outside the hotel. Walk in shower lovely too.

Review 28：We have four young children 8 and under that we travel with a lot herein Europe. We have never stayed in a kinderhotel before but will seekthem out when possible from now on! The playroom, swimming pool, andbeginner ski runs just outside our door were perfect for our getaway!The staff was helpful with our questions and our meal in the restaurantwas very good. Ski school for our little beginners was a little moreexpensive in comparison to my research of the region but this is a cozysmall hotel and not a big resort area with big ski schools. The childrenwho did take lessons seemed to be enjoying them and got a lot ofattention from the instructors. It's the ideal setting if you plan toteach your children to ski yourself like my husband. We stayed in the 2bdrm/2bath apartment which was perfect for our needs. We were able toprepare most of our own meals and a grocery store in town is only 2miles away if you're not snowed in. The kitchen was sparsely equippedwith bare essentials to eat on and prepare food much like otherapartments we've stayed in throughout Europe. Our can opener didn't workbut the restaurant helped me out very graciously. I also really likedthe playroom's tv channel in our room where I could send my kids downthere but be able to hear and see them.
