Review 2：Very friendly English speaking owners and staff who went the extra mile in making sure our needs were met. Particularly bike friendly with good storage and route advice - plus uplifts facility and free biker laundry!

Review 5：Absolutely loved this hotel. Great room, lovely pool, clean and good location. The staff were fantastic. Spoke great english and couldnt do more for us. We missed breakfast (our own fault, we slept in) and they went out of their way to get us some and serve it to us in the bar area. We went to finale ligure for a mountain biking holiday. This hotel was perfect for it. They have a large secure bike store with tools available for repairs and a jet wash. Felt very welcome and would definately visit again.
Review 6：There was a lot of noise at night from the street and railway station. This would not have beeen a problem if the air conditioning was working and we could have closed the double glazed window.

Review 10：Location brilliant,500metres from town. Parking somewhat erratic butsecure. Shower hot and cold at busy times. We used the place as a baseto visit Milan, Genova and Firenze and the centrality of the hotel wasperfect. Breakfast was standard European fare, dinner we tried once andwas ok. Perfect for families. We have a 6 and 11 year old they loved it.We will return in future. Thanks for a great break.

Review 15：There is a little walk from the Hotel to the downtown (< 5min) to go through the train railway and the boulevard which separate. Depending on the room location, we can hear the train, but it is not that loud.
Review 16：The free parking (can be full but the Hotel do its best to find you another place) The swimming pool, the sunbaths and the mountain view from the swimming pool. The Hotel staff is very kind. The rooms are clean.
Review 17：The rooms are awefull. Our room had an odd size, the furniture was old, the TV was even older and the shower didn't work. The hotel is cramped between other houses and the train tracks. One can even hear the loudspeakers from the train station.
