Review 1：I dont like the fact you have to pay 50 Euros if you dont arrive within permitted times. I think that is very expensive when the Gentlemen took 1 min to arrive after I called him. The road up to the property is very narrow and if you meet a vehicle coming the other way its very difficult to pass.

Review 12：The apartments need air con or at least fans as it was impossible to sleep at night as it was so hot. The walk into town is very steep so a car is necessary to get to town. The road up to the apartment is narrow and needs to be taken slowly and with car especially in a larger car.

Review 15：Gravedona was a great base for seeing the area; close enough yet far away from the touristy crowds. The residence was very well equipped, with everything you could need. It was extremely clean. The pool and view were fantastic. It was nice and private too.

Review 22：A bit far and high up from the village center but was good exercise so not a problem for us even with kids of 4 and 6 years of age. With smaller kids and/or wheelchair etc. you need to use car or taxi.

Review 37：The view is really outstanding, like the other reviews. Even from our cheapest room from the small balcony you get an awesome picture of the pool above the lake. The location is unique, in a small street up in the hills beside Gravedona, one of the most beautiful and peculiar villages of Lake Como region. The building conditions is brand new. All the appliances and furniture are very good and modern. The wi-fi works very well and fast. Maurizio is a terrific host, helpful and professional, and keeps things running great.

We booked for 2 weeks in apartment Serenita, a huge and very comfortable place to stay with the living room and large balcony facing the lake directly. The owner is very friendly and helpful and we really liked the delivery service for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great pizza and pasta!) and the free WiFi! CaFelicita is definitely a place to come back to.

Review 46：Spa a bit cold, very limited office hours and no one generally around the place (..which can also be quite good). No duvet (just sheet and blanket) so was cold at night. No dishcloths, coffee/tea in the kitchen. A €25 'short stay' cleaning fee is not great. Plus an 'inspection' of your room before being able to depart left us feeling a bit disappointed (and somehow like they were suspicious of us stealing something..)

Review 47：They waited up very late for us to arrive and were very welcoming despite our delays. The view from the terrace in our room down the lake was absolutly amazing, and the pool gorgeous. It's a beautifully maintained property. Beautiful bottle of wine and fruit in our room on arrival.

Also had a connecting door to the next apartment (apparently so that this can be made a bigger apartment); when it was occupied we could hear every word said next door. Wasn't major issue for us, but for example, if there was baby next door it could have ruined the stay.
