Review 4:A fantastic hotel. The owner Charley and all his staff were very warm and welcoming. The great room with large balcony and first class fixtures and fittings. All of the food. The wellness centre. Garage parking for the bikes. Will definitely return to this perfect hotel.

Review 19:Evening meal in restaurant was good and nicely presented althoughportions were a bit on the small side for us. However, not a majorcriticism.
Review 20:Stayed for two nights as part of a motorcycle trip. Superb location fortouring the area and hotel has bespoke facilities for motorcyclists andskiers (E.G. bike wash down, heated underground car park and dryingrooms). Excellent comfortable rooms with balcony and lovely mountainviews. Hotel is genuinely totally 'disabled friendly' andwelcoming for wheelchair users, cleverly designed and beautifullyfinished to a degree not commonly found. Great bar. Friendly staff(English spoken). Good substantial breakfast choice.
Review 21:kids are everywhere, running and shouting around in the wellness / sauna area, no chance to have some rest. Next time we will try to avoid school holiday time.
Review 22:nice location, nice staff,
Review 23:We stayed here for 6 nights on recommendation of fellow bikers and found the hotel lived up to its reputation. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, rooms excellent & parking for the 'wing' was second to none. The mountain passes were fantastic, Charleys tour guide recommendations were very useful.
Review 24:Noisy motorcycles North facing room Limited choice of food
Review 25:Big room Impressive valley view Secluded location Quiet village Complimentary afternoon tea Big balcony
Review 26:The only disadvantage might be that, for going to Serfaus / Fiss if the weather is really bad on the glacier, one depends on the car. At least I did not notice a corresponding bus service.
Review 27:The staff was very friendly and competent, I had a very large room, larger than usual for a single traveler. Everything was spotlessly clean. Food was excellent, including the afternoon coffee and snacks. The village is a bit isolated and very quiet, but the location is good for going to the Kaunertal glacier (there is a bus service).
Review 28:Rooms too cold, heat turned on only few hours per day.there is not hairdryer, old towels, poor breakfast.there is no fridge and minibar in the room, too small pool. It's not a 4 stars hotel.
Review 29:Quiet place,very clean,very good food,nice employees(except the barman).
Review 30:We had a lovely stay at the Weisseespitze for 3 nights. The food was good with a good menu choice. We were on a motorbike touring holiday and the large underground garage complete with jet wash and air-line was good. The spa was well equipped. Breakfast had plenty of choice. The hotel is in a lovely setting.
Review 31:The staff at the Weisseespitze are very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The food, both breakfast and dinner was excellent. We stayed bed and breakfast only but ate in the dining room each night and had a wide choice from the menu, which was reasonably priced. We were on a motorcycle tour and found the facility for bikers second to none. Altogether we had a great few days and will definitely be returning next year.
