Review 1：Easily reached from Roma (1 hour) and close to Assisi (1.5 hours). we picked the Orte area to stay in to split a late evening in Rome - getting closer to our next destination, Assisi. The bathroom is cramped. There was a step up from the main room to the bathroom - very dangerous at night or really anytime. We nearly walked right off into thin air, missing the step a few times. Breakfast, included, was ok - continental and what you would expect. No warm foods. coffee was awful - for some reason it "tasted" like the hallways smelled - a bit moldy in taste. I think something may very well be wrong with their water.
Review 2：Poor breakfast without any goodies. The heating is carried out by the air conditioning in the room which is not very comfortable in the modest room.

Review 12：The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the autostrade which was perfect for us. They have a nice, simple playground out front which was great to let the kids work off some energy.

A little old-fashioned in style, but perfectly clean, adequate for the purpose and very good value. The hotel restaurant serves an excellent dinner of plain Italian food. Review 15：The staff was absolutely wonderful! Our Italian skills are very limited and they bent over backwards to bridge the gap and help us reach our final destination. The hotel is about 6 km to the bus station and rather than having to catch a cab, they generously piled us and our backpacks into a car and drove us there. I can't stress enough the kindness demonstrated!
