Review 4：Luxurious, grand home. Beautiful gardens and pool. Serene retreat from the city bustle. Very accommodating and helpful staff. The luxury rooms were unbeleivable. Restaurant dinner was divine and reasonably priced - excellent value.

Review 8：Very friendly atmosphere. Hotel run by an Indian family. Very warm and wellhearted. Rooms nice and decent as well as clean. Nice setting amongs large gardens, a green relaxing lush in the busy Jodpur. Good real Indian food. Very attentive staff Calm and not noisy at all. ------- If you want stay in Jodpur and not checking in a 5 star Leela, Taj or Oberoi then consider this!

Review 10：Close to the railway station with free pickup, lovely big room with huge bathroom, good breakfast and a great pool. As we were taking a night train, they let us use the pool, gave us a room to change in and arranged an early dinner.

Review 21：Everything! The best hotel we have stayed in India. Amazing swimming pool, very very clean and very good for a swim after walking around the city under the very hot sun. The staff was wonderful, always ready to help and not expecting a tip. The place is wonderful, the room was a basic one but was huge, with a big bathtub. We loved it and we are very demanding

Review 22：Felt like home from home. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, picking up on our preferences, suggesting itineraries and doing everything they could to make us comfortable. It was really nice to be able to come back and relax after a hot and hectic day's sightseeing.

Review 24：Nice room, lovely courtyards and very nice pool. The food was also good. Reception staff were lovely and spoke very good English. We really enjoyed our stay. They are having some new rooms built which look like they will be very nice.

Review 25：Complimentary pick up from the airport and a really friendly welcome to the hotel. The room we had was spacious and really beautifully decorated. All the staff were really friendly and one of our highlights of our stay in Jodphur was our dinner at the hotel one evening looking out over the garden. Also, the pool was really lovely and we started and ended each day sight seeing with a dip.

Review 28：Only minor - and it couldn't be helped - but they are building four rooms 'with a pool view' which inevitably meant noise by the pool. Having said that, they did warn us and asked us to let them know if it caused a problem. The bed was rather hard. The PC available to guests in the hall was too slow to use, and wifi only available on the terrace. These are minor and shouldn't put you off staying here.

Review 29：The staff were always on hand, quietly in the background. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The (superior) room was huge and the bathroom was vast with a wonderful sunken bath. Both worthy of photos! The building itself was full of character with courtyards, sitting areas around the place. Swimming pool was a good size to actually swim in. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Review 31：Lovely old hotel with very comfortable spacious room, tastefully decorated and 8 foot bed. Wonderful peaceful setting with little courtyards adding to a sense of calm and graciousness. Staff exemplary, food very good, easily the best holel setting and service we experienced during our four weeks in India. The attention to detail and customer service deserves 5 stars.

Review 37：This is a lovely, peaceful place to stay while visiting the incredible city of Jodhpur. The home has been in the same family for over seven generations, and the black and white family photos on the walls are special insights into India's history. I especially liked the morning breakfast buffet in the tent and the evening dinners on the front lawn with the fires blazing. I sincerely recommend this lovely hotel.

Review 39：great ambience, a heritage property set in lovely spacious grounds.. the pool area was nice to sit around and enjoy a drink at sunset. we had dinner on the front lawn with 2 open fires to keep us warm. breakfast varied each day, was very fresh and tasty. Review 44：Very clean, very good food, attentive staff. It actually feels like a lot more expensive place. Unknown to the guests the owner sits quietly in a corner and watches the treatment of his guests. The front desk has a guy called Saurav who will help you unconditionally. We were very pleased to stay there and recommended it to many.

Review 45：My second halt in Rajasthan was at jodhpur Ratan villas I couldn't find anything disappointing in here ... Staff were very warm ... And non would wait for a tip after serving you ... From housekeeping to the kitchen staff Clearly the right culture driven by the owner and his dad ..( I met the owners dad twice ...in fact he walked up to me asking for feedback ) Finding the place was easy ... The hotel is not more than 15 mins from any touristy point ... Pls haggle with the rickshawalas ... They feel you are a walking ATM ... Very big and safe parking area .. Looking at the driving skills/sense required ... It is advisable to not take your car out and hire a rickshaw Bfast was limited but very good .. They did customize it for my kid with a smile I was in room 101 .... Very cossy and homely .. Gigantic bath tub and flowing hot water ... My son did enjoi in there Evenings were highlighted by Indian lighting and flowers which gave a very warm feeling My pals stayed at Devi bhavan and were envious ... They did come for dinner once and found it as chalk and cheese Checkout was clean and quick Special mention 1) I requested for a silent room and I did get one 2) just asked if my car could be given a bath on the day of departure ...while it wasn't committed ... They obliged ..and really neat job done Eye for details is what I would say the staff here has

Review 48：A haven of relaxation after the chaos of arriving by train into the bustle of Jodhpur. The hotel is a short tut tut ride and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and efficient check in.
