Review 1：Service was terrible. Bedsheets not regularly changed. Stained sheets and bathroom curtain. Daily essentials & Towels not properly replenished. Poor attitude of staff. Never received complimentary daily fruit platter. Gym under maintenance for an entire month.

Review 3：The hotel is overdue for a refurbishment. My room keys were not working all through my stay of 3 days. Despite assurance the room lock was not fixed. The bathrooms are old bedding is worn out. Quality and service for breakfast is pathatic . Staff is well trained to act ignorant of flaws.

Review 9：Cleanliness: The room was smelling of bathroom, there were ladies hair on the bed, the bed cover and pillow covers were smelling and after talk with the management, they changed only. Internet: very slow and interrupted internet connections (2-4 hours no internet per day) Staff: The welcome from the staff was really bad, first impression when I was checking in was disappointed. No employees at the desk was giving personal attention. Finally I do not understand why this hotel has 4 start tag. I am not sure if this is justified.

Review 14：location of the hotel was nearest the nodia sector-18 metro station, so I could visit all delhi as a tourist, staffs were helpfull and also especially recepition was always smiling and tried to solve the problems. They made my early check-in very fast at 5 am, they made my checkin fastly and I could get a good sleep after a long plane travel...and also check-out so fast, breakfast was excellent and traditional indian foods were fresh and delicious, especially ommlette was my favourite,air conditioner was working nice so never a hot room, I can recommend this hotel to all of my friend who are travelling to Delhi

Review 36：Wifi is poor, no more than one device per room. If your checkin is at midnight - you are personal enemy of reception. I have ordered one large bed - in room was only 2 very narrow single beds. Very loudy. No place to smoke.

Review 38：Asked to pay at the time of Check-in in Full. The charge including tax was 6576.30 INR, and we were told that they would charge 8 K on my card and the rest (INR 1423.69 ?? How is this calculated ??) would be the security deposit for Minibar. This is the first time ever, in all the guest houses & hotels (any star rating) I have stayed with, when I was asked to pay a security for minibar and for the room at the Check-in. In addition, this was claimed to be the policy of Sterling Group ( which is a sorry policy if it really does exist ). At checkout when I mentioned this, I was confronted with "Sir we wanted to charge in advance because sometimes we can't be sure if the customer leaves / Runs away without paying " (I wonder why the ID Card etc. are requested at checki-in if not for security purposes). I was offered a 20% discount at my next visit. Hence, to fix my experience, I have to risk having another bad experience for the sake of those 20% discount (No Thank YOU !!).

Review 39：Good Room ! The gentleman who showed us to the room was very courteous. Even though such centrally located, the room was decently acoustic and the stay was peaceful !

Very extensivebreakfast, your egg, omlette, ... is prepared in the restaurant. Subway1 min. Away; it takes +/-30 min. To get into Delhi centre. Behindthe hotel are shops and different Indian and Western restaurants (eg.Basil Tree, McDonalds).

My room was very large, the food was excellentfor breakfast and evening buffet (I only tried the Fluid restaurant andnot latitude) and I had a great nights sleep in the bed. I would comeback and recommend to colleagues.
