Review 1：Frequent power failures, locking mechanism for the room gate didn't work, Internet access was limited, poor breakfast, advertised spa not available and the reception never responded to your calls.

Review 5：Air condition malfunctioned, room key didnot work on multiple occasions, water in wash basin had electric current and hot water needed to be switched off. Mosquito repellant refill was not provided even after requesting. No complimentary water was provided even in such hot climate. TV didnot work for almost 24 hrs.
