Review 1：could not find my room number they need to put numbers outside another person was looking for their room number badly designed needs an up grade plus the garden needs work been their years ago still the same

Review 3：The staff were terrific and the food was impressive. We were also upstairs in Room 5, which had an amazing view and was just a few seconds walk to the Reception/Dining area.

Review 4：We came with a visitor from overseas and all of us enjoyed the stay very much. The corollas in the pine trees were very amusing, but most probably a nuisance for the staff.

Review 5：Golf course on site, wineries close by, good restaurant on site, plenty of good restaurants close by. Great location. Excellent swimming pool and barque facilities. Efficient, friendly, helpful staff.

Review 6：We had booked a room with a corner spa as it said on their site but we only got a bath tub style spa. Disappointed there was now none available. If we had known this we would have booked elsewhere.

Review 8：Conner's restaurant was very inconsistent - some dishes very good (rib eye) but some were not worth the money - one dish my wife had for desert, the molten lava cake was awful. Why was it cut in half prior to service? not value for money. The same goes for the special scallops starter - why were they sliced in half prior to cooking? Result - overcooked

Review 20：We had a room right near the stairs up to the dining room (Room 15). It was noisy and didn't feel very private. Did not enjoy this part of our stay unfortunately. Furniture is a little tired looking.

Review 33：This place still looks new and cared for. A balcony view overlooking the lake had birdsong to wake up to. A very enjoyable stay in a great location. Our basic room didn't feel basic.

Review 34：Traveled with elderly parents to Clare for a weekend. Had the 2 bedroom apartments, they were clean and very comfortable. Huge bathroom and the beds were exceptionally comfy. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Highly recommend!

Review 35：We had a meal in the restaurant and I had to send it back to the kitchen as it was tough, inedible (kangaroo meat) The staff were very good about it and gave me another meal which was delicious and a free glass of wine.

Review 36：There was no milk in my room. Other guests suggest that I was supposed to ask for milk at the front counter. In any event, why not have small UHT caches in the rooms in case. Likewise, I was not aware that I had to get a WIFI password from the front counter - until after hours

Review 37：The coffee in the dining room was average. I suggest you purchase a decent professional coffee machine that patrons can use at breakfast time. That would really top off a great breakfast experience.

Review 38：The staff enjoy working at the Clare Country Club and it showed in the way they relate to guests. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Loved the tasting platters prior to dinner. Liked the food that was prepared on site.

Review 39：If I wanted to sleep on a hard surface I would have slept on the concrete, yes the bed was that hard and i left with an aching body. The AC condenser fan was loose and rattled all night. There was an annoying tapping sound just outside our room which started at the same time 6:30am which was loud enough "wake" us up from an already sleepless night - not good for a weekend away especially as we had a 10 hour drive ahead of us.

Review 53：There were two main issues. The internet - although labelled broadband - really was very slow. Although a bit slower on the second day of our stay, this was far away from anything like broadband really and nearly made it unusable. The gym needs an urgent upgrade; it currently holds outdated, run down and malfunctioning equipment unsuitable for serious use. As it is now, it is unusable.

Review 54：The hotel is located just outside Clare which is an advantage. It is situated at a small lake with beautiful surroundings and an adjacent Golf course. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are also nice BBQ failities and a plunge pool.

The reception staff attempted to provide a one bedroom suite with an extra bed in the lounge/kitchen area, whilst the booking documents specifically stated two bedroom suite. The reception person eventually gave us the two bed suite, but was not happy and stated that there was a problem with your web description.

Review 85：Menu choices in the Restraunt, location of our accomodation as it was difficult to get from car to room - needed a handrail to assist and to save a longer walk to another location on verandah. Sheets and blankets on bed were not correct for bed size.

Review 104：A great birthday option . From Adelaide to Skillogagalee Winery for tastings and superb luncheon. Then chill out at CCC; warmth/spa/fox footy Breakfast, Killakanoon, Pikes, bakery and home.

Staff did not promote the tourism of the area e.g we were told there were not many wine tours availabe in Clare. Not true! Local company will drive for an hourly rate. We found it necessary to contact booking.com to solve problem. Hotel staff reduced total cost by $20! They did not offer any apology. Thank you for your prompt assistance booking.com, however will not recommend hotel.
