Review 1：Luigi was wonderful! He helped us with everything. His recommendation to eat at Mario's was perfect as it was one of our best meals ever. Loved his friendly hospitality.

Review 2：Hotel is at one of two streets going to / from Marina di Grosseto, so very rush location. It is impossible to go to sleep before 1 a.m. because cars are driving here all the time and there is a bar in the groundfloor. Rubbish cars come every morning at 6:30, so if you don't want to sleep only 4/5 hours a day, go somewhere else.
