Review 1：the heating was not efficient enough and the fireplace was smoking, making it almost impossible to enjoy.

Review 4：The owner (Joanna) is friendly, nice, and helpful. The location is perfect, walking distance to the Kalavryta’s town center, the train station, and restaurants. The room was comfortable, very clean, and large. There is private parking and breakfast was enough. We definitely would stay in this hotel again.

Review 9：The room was too cold and we were outsite of the room till midnight becouse we couldn't stand the cold. The third bed was a sofa. Also the the woods were wet and we could not light the fireplace

Review 11：Unfortunately we found ants in our bathroom, so we asked to be moved, so after quite a bit of back a forth they moved us eventually to a better room. It was a lovely room, but we did not sleep all night because of the noise coming from the heating pipes (it might have been because of frost since it was cold outside). Also our room did not have internet.
