Review 1：Wifi only available at high costs. Biella is a nice little city but there's not that much to see.

Review 2：Very good apartment. Large, clean, nice interior and with everything you need (kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, balcony etc.) De staff was very nice.

Review 3：Just minor points. There is no kettle in the kitchen so had to boil water in a pan and no basic cleaning materials. So for only a couple of days you'll have to buy washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. There is a slimline dishwasher but we did not use it because of it. People are very nice so I'm sure if we asked for this to be added they would have.

Review 4：I know the area and needed a place to stay for mountain access and walks. We really enjoyed our stay and will hope to return soon. Really easy, convenient and relaxed.

Review 5：Noise from the lift well - which protruded into our bedroom - and road. Several mornings there was excessive lift use and unfortunately the lift squeaked as it opened on our floor. Front units open onto the road which is quite busy, fortunately we were at the back and opened out to a green area, but as a consequence had to put up with more lift noise.

Review 6：While there was no small electrical equipment (e.g. hairdryer, iron, kettle) and no washing up liquid (as previously mentioned), Giovanna provided all that we asked for. Also she was very helpful with directions etc. Several restaurants of different types within walking distance was a plus.

Review 7：Kitchen tap broken and the sleeping coach is not too comfortable to sleep on. Should be ok for small children though. Would be good to receive some more information on Biella on arrival, maybe a small map with location of supermarket, recommended places to eat and what to do in the mountains.

Review 8：Spacious appartment with a sleeping couch and a loft. Also well equipped kitchen to cook your own meal and a washing machine. The pool is very nice, especially with kids. Very good value for money.

Review 9：Very clean and comfortable apartment, It seemed to be quite new so the bathroom was sparkling. As previously mentioned, you need to take either washing up liquid and sponge or dishwasher tablets as none supplied. Friendly and helpful staff (also speak English). The old town is about a 15 minute walk, quite a steep hill coming back. Good to have free parking just outside.

Review 10：Internet / WiFi is not free of charge. They offer up to Euro 31,90 per 8 cumulative hours. This is not how hospitality should be.

Review 17：We came here for the GIro d'Italia which came right past our apartment building, so we watched from our balcony. The apartment was clean, secure and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, good wi-fi and free parking. The reception staff were very helpful but as we were only here for 3 nights, we didn't really need their services. Although it appears to be some distance from the town, it is very close if you take a 5 minute walk to the old town just off to the right, down the hill and then take the funicular to the main town of Biella. However, the main attraction is probably the old town with it's interesting restaurants, particularly the Stazione Cucco opposite the entrance to the funicular. Very popular so best to book. Perfect if you want to enjoy the local food and wine and don't want to drive. Can also recommend a trip by car (approx 30 mins.)up to the Santuario di Oropa to visit the impressive main church which houses a black statue of the Madonna and Child.

Review 18：they give the facilities in the kitchen, but they didn't give us soap for the dishes- we bought one soap and a scotch for the 6 days we were there...

Review 19：the staff was always ready to help. the appartment was perfectly clean when we got there (they even turned the heat so we get to a nice room!). it's a little bit far from the city centre (is close to the old town of Biella), but we were with car so it was ok... the price is really good also! i really recommend them for a quiet, relaxing and perfect vacation!

Review 20：No dishwashing liquid made it hard to wash dishes. A long way from the centre of the new town. Check-in can be a little confusing as it is in the downstairs beauty parlour.

The cleaning service is done once a week, and only for stays over a week.The swimming pool is open from May to September.Until 30 September, the beauty treatments will be available on Tuesdays. The Spa is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. From Monday to Saturday it is open from 10:00 to 20:00.Please inform Residence Juvarra of your expected arrival time in advance.
