Review 1：Surrounding area of the hotel is really badly maintained and kept. Not too much of an issue though if you just want to bunk for the night in a clean hotel for the night. Wi-fi is available but have only one code per person per device. So if you have a laptop, ipad and smart phone... Maybe could have gone to get another one from reception, but i did not ask.
Review 2：Nice modern hotel to cater specifically for a stopover before or after visiting Rome, as is way cheaper. Nice big family room, but was part underground so had no window view at all. Breakfast was nice and fresh and wide varied choice. It suited our needs perfectly. We just needed a bed, breakfast and allowed dogs before we went on to Rome. Only 25km away the next day when fully refreshed.
Review 3：Airco in rooms is very noisy and doesn't cool much. No airco in public areas and we were there in a very hot week. Deco of hotel is quite dark and heavy. Rooms rather small.
Review 4：Conveniently located, near highway going to Rome - you need to have your own car- hotel offers sufficient free parking. Breakfast offers a lot of choice. Very friendly staff (quite extraordinary in Rome!). Good free wi-fi.
Review 5：Room itself was fine, clean and comfy, but we were in the basement and I had the feeling there was no air in the room. The corridor outside was very dark and the rug slippy so would have been dangerous for old people. Breakfast was fine but they used plastic plates and cutlery (not that I mind but seems a bit strange for the type of hotel!) Fine for one night stopover , parking in enclosed gates. Near the motorway.
