Review 1：Very good airport hotel if you have a flight on the next day. But not a walking distance to the street food areas. Good thing though, there's a food stall attached to the hotel if you're arrive and check-in in Jakarta late and feeling hungry at the late nights.

Review 4：There were ants in our room. Minor inconvenience, really. The air conditioner seemed a bit faulty, our room didn't get to the temperature we wanted it to be. And be aware that the airport shuttle is more like an airport transfer. Do inform them if you need someone to pick you up from the airport.

Review 5：Stayed here on New Year's Eve to avoid getting stuck in the traffic jam in Jakarta. Basically you get what you pay for. Staff are polite and helpful. The room is small but clean. The toilet is sort of like one you'd find in an aeroplane, but bigger and with a shower. Fairly comfortable bed. Wifi was alright, but only available in the rooms

Review 26：Just what we needed for a one-night stay near Jakarta's international airport. The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and reserved us spots on the free shuttle to the airport the following day. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern - The toilet "pod" had a neat design. The breakfast was much better than we expected (after reading the bad reviews here) - there is a counter serving wonderful Indonesian fare like nasi soto and lontong sayur.

Review 27：Shuttle from airport disorganised. We spent a day in Jakarta with a flight arriving very late on day 1 and leaving very early on day 3. It was easiest to get a taxi into town from POP! Hotel. Since we were getting a taxi anyway, in retrospect we should have booked a hotel in central Jakarta for the two nights. But this would be fine for someone only transiting for 1 night.

Review 35：I was waiting at the airport for the shuttle bus for over an hour for it to arrive, on the phone they said it would be 10 minutes, there was no apology and I had to flag the car down as it nearly drove straight past me, when I eventually got there the staff were totally unhelpful, every question I asked their response was to use the internet well fine that's all well and good if the internet wasn't slow and actually connected which it didn't! The rooms were basic apart from having a large double bed, the whole hotel just had a horrible vibe to it, not welcoming in the slightest! For the price if I had known I would have paid the tiny bit extra to stay at the ibis styles which was right next door!

We emailed pop hotels before arriving because we didn't have a phone to call or email without wifi and they said the shuttle came ever our on the half( 8:30/9:30/10:30) the replied email was very nice and told us exactly where to wait at all three terminals so we went to the terminal 3 spot and waited from 8:50 pm until 10:15pm and not shuttle arrived. While waiting we were harassed by taxi drivers the entire time which really reminded us why we should have paid the extra twenty dollars to stay at a hotel that had some better organized system of transport( which we read on the reviews but decided it was just an unlucky circumstance). When arriving at the hotel we had explained the situation and absolutely nothing came from it besides the front desk agent saying oh oh oh mhhhmmm ya well tomorrow I can guarantee you a spot on the shuttle to the airport. All in all very disappointed. It would have been bad but the taxi drivers that were rude for an hour with no shuttle coming made it that much worse. Please be advised if staying at pop hotels jakarta to not stay here due to the "free shuttle service" because it won't be free to the hotel!

But it was such as mistake since the driver was VERY CARELESS. During 15mins drive to the airport, we almost CRASH 2 cars!! Review 110：We stayed in Pop Hotel for a transit to our next flight early in the morning. The hotel is quite near from the airport, but the way from the airport is a bit scary; small and bumpy roads, a bit dark. if we hadn't read the reviews before, we would have thought that the Taxi Driver who drove us there was about to kidnap us! Maybe the management can consider to make the access road more friendly, esp during the night.

Review 124：Pop! Hotel it's an airport hotel, used mostly to spend a night before a early departure or a late arrival, you never expect too much from that kind of hotel. So I was the first one amazed by the total failure of my experience here.In my booking I asked 2 thinks I needed to know before: if it was possible to use the airport shuttle late at night and if was possible to have a sahur (big breakfast early in the morning, for Ramadan). No reply. I sent an email. No reply. Many other emails. No replies.Finally I called and they told me yes, there is the shuttle late in the night and yes, we can have sahur. Alhamdulillah.We arrived at the planned time. No shuttle. After waiting a bit we took the taxi. Later I undertood that the shuttle had (of course in fact) a scheduled pick up time, but they didn't mention the pick up time during the phone call. I would like to add that when I stay in another hotel (same price range) next to Jakarta airport they send a guy to wait for me at the arrival of my flight to bring me to the shuttle. The difference between that service and this one made me particullary angry.We paid cash and we asked for sahur: they told us they will start at 2.30 to serve it.At 2.30 we were in the lunchroom. We were alone. Just at 3.00 the other customers started to come and the sahur was served. 30 minutes later than what they said.Now, the quality of the food and the quantity didn't fit not just the sahur standard but the normal Indonesian standards. They gave us 2 kind of very spiced rice served in leaves, tea and coffee and that's all. I was starving after it.But another bad experience was still reserved for us.At the check out they asked the receipt from the night before, and I realized they didn't give us any. Searching and searching but it looks like the night receptionist didn't register our payment. We left the hotel luckily not paying again, but leaving our telephone number. Let's see what will happen next.

It turned out to be a good solution to approach Information desk at the airport terminal, say that you need a shuttle to POP hotel and they call the driver to arrange that and also give clear instructions how to find the bus.
