Review 1：Very far from train station. Rooms are small, not enough hangers for Clothing. Breakfast adequate, but not great.

Review 2：Friendly, considerate staff, near to boat dock. Quaint town, walking trails available.

Review 3：Room was freezing when we arrived. The room was dark and almost no natural light. The only window which is in the room had a view on the adjacent wall.

Review 5：- Room was freezing when we arrived, needed to figure out heating - Had probably the worse room in house, window facing a wall and other window only in bathroom onto someones terrace and very small - no air in room as such and very cold - Door to bathroom which folded back, made a lot of noise

Review 6：- Location ok, not the easiest to find though, and down a steep hill, which is two way entrance - Parking - Restaurant on site (though we did not use) - Big bathroom but unfortunately with a very small shower - Staff - Nice breakfast, though relatively limited

Review 7：It was very complicated to use Wi-Fi and the speed was really slow. Not all of staff knows English good and they try to explain you everything in Italian.

Review 8：Very quite and calm hotel in a small village far from main tourists' routes, which helps you really get relaxed. Great Como lake view from the balcony from the suit. Breakfast was poor, but for that price is ok to have it. Good restaurant on the first floor. Good amenities nearby within a walking distance.

Review 10：We had a mini suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. Balcony with lake view but being away from the lake front kept the hotel peaceful. Shower was amazing. Fridge in the room enabled us to keep drinks chilled. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and service in restaurant were excellent - we ate there every night of our stay. Breakfast choice was varied and good. Loved it and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Review 40：Conveniently located 100 metres walk behind the lake front medieval part of the town yet with its own parking. Friendly but very efficient professional family feel staff with restaurant used by locals and guests giving a great atmosphere. Very relaxing.

Review 43：Booked superior room and even though challenged staff were not convinced this was a superior room. Website quotes lake view in most rooms etc, which was not the case would have expected that with superior rate. However only stayed for 1 night so put up with it but do not expect superior room if you book one very disappointing and misleading trade descriptions act should be enforced.
