Review 1：Small village road is just nearby. Normally it's quiet but in the morning it can be a bit noisy, especially when the windows are open. Wifi signal quite low and we had some troubles to connect by using smartphones.
Review 2：Nice rooms, garden and the pool. Very nice landscape. Personel very nice and helpful. Good localisation. Also nice place for staying with kids or bigger group with friends.
Review 3：The setting - rural (surrounded by vineyards and olive groves) but only a few minutes' drive from Montepulciano. The pool is well maintained and a decent size - 18 metres.
Review 4：If you advertise free wifi you need to offer it. Wifi did not worked properly, most of the day was offline. There was noise from the upper floor.
Review 5：Location is very nice surrounded with vineyards. There is an equipped kitchen that you can do the basics and eat sometimes in the apartment. This was helpful during the nights that we were too tired to go out for dinner.
Review 6：Small sofa beds were not so comfortable and a bit out of date. Water does not get very hot and takes a long time to warm up for the shower. Directions were not clear so we missed a turn in town, they need better directions or signage to help folks make the turn from the main street in Aquaviva.

Review 8：Attention. Close to autostrada, but the junctions are 15-20km away. Not a major issue though - Siena is about 50 mins journey, and Florence 90 mins.

Review 10：It's a pity that the only possibly to eat breakfast is to prepare it yourself. I didn't like the necessity of 9€ additional payment for 18 hour air condition per day (7-13 there is no air condition)! Everybody has different taste. I felt in this place like at my uncle's summer house in Poland not like in Toscany, but maybe it depends on type of uncle.

Review 17：This rustic, farmstead B&B is a true gem! The staff is knowledgeable of the area, extremely friendly and makes you feel like family! Actually, we ended up changing many of our plans because Gigi gave us so many better ideas! He even helped us with dinner reservations at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Our room was big, comfortable and had everything we needed. For the accommodations, friendly staff and beautiful grounds, you cannot beat this price! Our favorite thing was to go to the local supermarket, buy some cheese, meat, olives and have a picnic outside while watching the sun go down. In the reception area they sell many reasonably priced, local wine by the bottle which is convenient! We would absolutely stay here again!

Review 20：This property is a nice place to enjoy in the Tuscan countryside. Well kept grounds, nice pool, lots of picnic areas. Sweet little town near by with an excellent restaurant - there's only one, you'll find it. Bit of a drive to the other noteworthy villages. Impressive winery next door. Good tour. Phenomenal wine.

It is surrounded by vineyards all around, butyou can reach the nearest very beautiful city Montepullciano in about 10min with car. We really like the stay here and hope to come back for therelaxing holiday.
Review 25：Fully furnished apartment which had all the comforts of home and very comfortable bed. It had a rustic architectural appeal and panoramic view of vineyards. Great location - only 5 kms away from Montepulciano. Highly recommended.

Review 40：Borgo Delle More This is a fabulous farmhouse sits between town Acquaviva and Montepuciano. It is great place to start exploring Tuscany countryside. 5km drive away to Montepulciano and the area for the best Tuscany countryside are all nearby. Pienza, San Quirico D’ orcia and Montalcino. We booked a one bedroom apartment to stay in. In the apartment there is a living room with a gas cooker and electric oven. The Europar grocery store in Acquaviva is few minutes drive so we could cook our breakfasts and dinners when needed. WIFI now is available and free to use. Room was spacious, tidy, traditional Tuscan style ceiling. Shower was great in a large bathroom. Everything felt just like home. We only had few days to visit places nearby, so did not use swimming pool or had time to chill out in their garden. I am sure they are all great. Lora-the farmhouse owner was very friendly, introduced everything worth seeing and doing around the area. It is convenient that there is wine shop in the reception area. We wish we could stay longer. Review 41：the staff was very helpful. the location was very picturesque and proximal to several beautiful tuscan towns. the staff set up a small play area for our two-year old son and the grounds were very kid friendly. too cold to swim, but the pool looked beautiful and clean. there was a great shopette on site with great local products and wine. there is also a wonderful winery within walking distance with award winning wine that is not to be missed!

Review 43：The location was perfect! We visited 9 towns in the Tuscan and Umbriaarea and we were centralized by staying here. We liked having space forthe kids outside to run around after a long day out and about. In thetown of Acquavivia there is a grocery store and a couple of restaurants.We never went to them but they are there.

Nice resort with a swimming pool and a small store where you can buy ice cream and wine. Wifi is available as well. Staff is very friendly.
