Review 1：The room was fairly basic older style and the only toiletries provided were small bars of soap. There were blinds to the window, but the curtains were very thin -so we could not block out all the light from street lights etc. A second comfortable chair would have been nice - we had to watch the TV from the bed.

Review 2：Lady on reception was very helpful -we only had a few items to wash after our journey -and she let us use their personal line to dry them, rather than spend time and money on the tumble drier. While we were out, it rained, and she took our clothes in before this happened and returned them personally to our room when we came back in. The bed was new and comfortable

Review 5：The TV could not receive ABC or SBS stations clearly. The manager changed the batteries in the remote control retuned the TV to no avail and did not return to see if we were satisfied. The carpet was in need of a freshen up.

Review 12：Very Very Good for a motel. First time visit. Would return. Location was the best and is central. Had some cooking facilities that made the stay nicer when compared to a hotel.

Review 13：No toiletries in bathroom. Noise of other guests and children,owners did not intervene. Laundry facilities dirty. Bbq area dirty. Owner accessing my credit card days before actual stay!

Review 15：Had trouble finding the channels on the TV, and signal kept dropping out even before the storm hit which meant no TV at all. Also quests in next room were hanging outside of rooms very early every morning making a lot of noise for more then a couple of hours however I know this isnt the fault of management but hard when trying to sleep in.

Review 16：Rooms were spacious and liked the kitchenette even though I didn't get to make use of it. Shower was awesome - fitting was easy to use , instant hot water and good water pressure unlike a lot of other motel showers.

Review 21：Walls and door were 'thin' - you could hear everything going on in neighbouring rooms and from outdoors, which wasn't conducive to a good nights sleep. Although the sign in the kitchenette said "no cleaning or cooking of fish in the rooms", the smell of gutted fish on the tap handles was dreadful. Pillows left a bit to be desired.

Review 43：We stayed overnight on a Friday night right next to a room full of loud, smoking, drinking, teenage yobs who kept us awake for most of the night. We asked them politely to keep the noise down and also tried to phone the owner to get them to deal with the problem at 2am but they didn't answer the phone. The noise was so loud that other guests were also disturbed, and we couldn't understand how the owners themselves weren't aware of the issue. Will never stay again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Review 57：Even though we had booked for 3 adults there were only two towels and two of everything in the kitchenette. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and dripped water. Not impressed by the woman who 'greeted' us at reception - very cold and curt and immediately informed us that our credit card had been declined. This was not a problem as we were paying cash anyway but did not have any problems with our credit card anywhere else including at dinner that night. Rooms definitely need a refurbishment but given the cost probably not reason to complain!

Review 58：The location was the best thing about this motel. Just a short stroll into the centre of Forster and its restaurants and cafes. Beds were fairly comfortable and overall the room was very clean.

Review 71：Outside of all the rooms was a table with an ashtray on it. Ours was full of old butts. People were smoking outside of our room and the smell of the smoke was coming in to our room. I realise people smoke but the smoker section should not be close to non smoking rooms.

Review 95：The apartment was situated in a central location. Close to Beaches, Restaurant, Pubs and clubs, shopping Centre etc... Weather was good and staff (Dan) was very friendly. My kids enjoyed in the pool the most and also at the beaches.

Review 101：Our group of three stayed for two nights in a spacious, clean room. The single bed was very comfortable, not one of those wobbly, squeaky foldable beds that one often finds in a room for 3. There were plenty of extra blankets. There was also a small kitchenette in the room, which was handy to prepare your own breakfast or cook a (very!) simple meal. The motel is in the centre of Forster and walking distance to the lake. The lady at the reception was friendly.
