Review 1：Worn out bedlinen (with holes in it).Run down bathroom/furniture. No shower screen so water splashes everywhere. Minibar empty. Very poor wifi connection. Sliding doors to balcony cannot be locked. Pastry and cakes made by staff at home, which poses a health risk.
Review 2：Arrangements of room were not good some things were missing like soap,blankets and some repaing issue in bath like shower was leaking and tub with out side curtain.

Review 4：Right next to highway, but only stay if you are desperate. Filthy hotel in general state of serious disrepair. We had to stay in state of desperation late at night, wish we had kept looking. K

Review 6：I have reserved 3 family rooms (2+2) for my children which was confirmed a month ahead. Only one family room was available the others got either two separate rooms and the parents had to split and the third got a small double room with a baby cot. I am very disappointed and since we travel often to Italy I shall definitely not book this hotel, neither recommend it.

Review 19：We had an economy room and the interior was very outdated, especially the bathroom: it was probably clean, but the sink looked dirty because it was rusty! The room smelled as old as it looked, but after turning on the air conditioner the smell improved.

Review 21：Bedbugs! I was traveling with a group of colleagues from work. One ofthem had bedbugs in her room (this was during the first two nights ofour visit to Italy so the timing of the bites was unquestionable).The manager didn't charge her for her stay, which I suppose isall he can do, but that hardly makes up for the inconvenience anddiscomfort suffered by my colleague. Also, everything is very worn,dingy, and dated. Mirrors are losing their silver, the bathroomfloors are grimy with mildew, the sinks are cracked and deeplyscratched with age. Just not at all what you expect from a 4-starhotel. Would not stay there again.
Review 22：The staff was absolutely wonderful! Incredibly friendly--they all bentover backwards to help with even the smallest requests. Also, thelobby is quite nice--attractively decorated, large flat-screen tv,plenty of seating.
