Review 1：Finding the B&B was a problem. It seems the road changes it name part way along so our GPS could not find it. We had to ring Luigi who came out and led us to it. We had read that Luigi had a restaurant so planned to have dinner there only to find he had stopped but gave a reference to a very good restaurant.

Review 2：The room was comfortable, Luigi was warm and friendly and very informative about the history of Montecassino and of his family and family home. The breakfast was wonderful.

Review 3：As the name expresses, it is in the middle of a farm. But it was perfect for 1 night travelling through Italy.

Review 6：Friendly people, quiet rural location. Near to the amazing Monte Casino monetary destroyed in 1944 and rebuilt. A fantastic place to visit

Review 8：Very hospitable (even when we didn't speak Italian and we turned up ahead of check-in). We ended up having lunch and dinner there the food was so delicious and all local. It's lovely and quiet in a rural setting, but still very close to Cassino.

Review 11：Advertised restaurant is not open certain days. Not a problem if you have a car to drive into Casssino but on Mondays forget it as almost every restaurant and trattoria is shut. Owners kindly made us a snack so was not a big issue.

Review 12：Quiet, clean, comfortable. Super friendly owners. Definitely recommend if visiting Cassino by car or wanting a stop between Rome and Naples.

Review 13：very personal service including the owner driving us to downtown on several occasions (the farmhouse was 3 km from the town of Cassino). It's interesting to note that the property was taken over by German soldiers in 1943 to station their anti-aircraft batteries, and the farmhouse was destroyed by U.S. bombing.

Review 14：After a long day of travel, I arrived in the evening and was served an absolutely delicious (and reasonably priced) home-cooked dinner by the proprietors. What a warm welcome! I was grateful for their kind hospitality.

Review 15：Owners don't speak English, they have a son that does but he'snot there all the time. Luckily we spoke a bit of French and were ableto communicate with the husband. We stayed in a room with two twin bedsthat were ok nothing more.

Loved the location, a bit off route, but cozy and serene.It was a bit hard to find, we were driving in a rented car with a gpsand still needed to ask for directions, would recommend to keep an eyeout for the name of the farm, while driving "La Cucchiara"(rose colored sign). Owners were great, very friendly people, went outof their way to accommodate us even drove us to the nearest restaurantfor dinner. Breakfast was generous and fresh. Free WiFi everywhere, hotwater, clean and quiet.

Review 18：Really great owners who did everything to help us during our stay. Great room with everything you could want from a b&b for the price,as opposed to the dearer options in Casino. 5 mins from centre of Cassino & Monte Casino.
