Review 1：Emiliano was so helpful when we arrived and explained how to get around in Flornence with our car. He owns a lovely villa and we stayed here 2 different times this vacation between visiting Venice. We loved it for the 2 of us and they have a great facility if anyone was looking to book a 14-18 person group also. Highly recommend!

Review 11：there was nothing about the hotel I did not like.. the entrance from the road is a bit tricky, but after one or two tries, you have it down "pat" as they say................ if you are not used to driving on busy and windy roads at night, we suggest taking a taxi to restaurants in the evening.

Review 12：the hotel has been renovated beautifully........we stayed in the first floor suite........spacious, comfy and a great bathroom. Best of all, the owners, a young couple, Emiliano and Gaia, were the most hospitable people..They were always at our disposal for advice or needs......... I saw the remaining rooms upstairs which were very lovely, too........I am a travel consultant, so I know what I am looking for for my clients. It is necessary to have a car...........you can drive to Florence (6 miles) and park in a public lot adjacent to the river and walk into town WITHOUT HAVING TO DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC IN TOWN...A GREAT IDEA! I will recommend this hotel to my clients and friends and family........rate was fantastic! we were given recommendations to a few restaurants in the area which were quite nice.....

Review 17：The Villa is superb! The rooms are really beautiful. All the rooms are different. All equipped with antique. We had a suite called Falchi. The place is very quiet. Emiliano Conciliano and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also very good! There is free parking. The villa is located nearly 10 min (by car) from the center of Florence. We had a wonderful time there and will certainly go back. I would recommend the place!!

Review 18：I stay thare for the weekend, while travelling for business. The Villa is a renovated villa from the 13th century. They have only seven room ans each one has a different decoration. If you want to feel in the old times but with modern ammenities, it is a place to go. It suit more for couples as it is a romantic place. The owners are friendly and professional, the buffet breakfast is good too. They do not have a restaurant but Emiliano or his wife will suggest you different places to eat, and Florence is not far by car from the hotel. The pool has a good size with the views of the hills, but the water is cold. The rooms are big and very clean, they smell good too.

Review 19：The villa was beautiful, with a very large room split over two floors. The furnishing and fittings were beautiful. The owners were excellent, recommending some great restaurants and booking them for us as well.

Review 20：Although the effort was there, the rooms were heavily decorated. Somefurniture pieces and lamps lost there brightness once you came closer.Breakfast was poor and boring after two days. Being in such a beautifulspot you would hope to be able to enjoy a diner and a glass of wine inthe evening while enjoying the sight and its surroundings butunfortunately impossible.

Review 21：On arrival (a little tricky to get there) believed we got more than wehoped for: the sense of luxury, freshness and relaxation was huge. Abeautiful house in a beautiful spot. Very nice welcome in a bright andopen space. Although the effort of having to go up the stairs with aheavy suitcase was not very welcoming, we were kindly helped by ourhost. Both the room and bathroom were big. Both very Tuscany-Boutiquedecorated. Nice beds. Our host helped us with restaurantrecommendations, visits to Florence, reservations for museums.

Review 22：A car is needed as the villa is bed and breakfast only. Sandwiches available at lunch time if required. But many good restaurants in the locale and in Florence which is only 15 minutes drive away.

Review 23：Service and staff were exemplary. Very welcoming and helpful. Villa is extremely well appointed with all modern fittings. Only seven rooms so atmosphere of spending time away at rich friends house!

Theservice is impeccable as the hotel is run by the family, They have beenthe most helpful during our entire stay. Breakfasts were nice andsimple. Sipping Prosecco by the pool in the evenings or grappa in thenight was a great experience.
