Review 1：The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious, and offered incredible views of the surrounding countryside, including vineyards, olive trees, villas, and Mt. Amiata. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The traditional Tuscan food and beverage offerings were perfect on the terrace in the evening, especially the antipasta, pici pasta, and Nobile wine.

Review 5：Beautiful place with friendly staff and tenants. Our two-bedroom/ two-bathroom suite was very comfortable and clean. The pool is clean with nice Tuscany view surrounded by olive trees and vineyards by walking distance.

Review 9：Magnificent views, great pool area. Beautiful and large apartment, the bathroom was very nice and the whole apartment was also very clean. The staff was nice and the entire estate was well kept. Calm and relaxing environment.

Review 10：Breakfast service was terrible. We could not enjoy the view because of the noise of staff who was attending the reception at the same time. She managed to serve coffee (instant, in Italy!) after we finished eating. None of the staff spoke English.

Review 12：Room walls were not noise isolated; you are just unlucky if your neighbors are Italians (ours were :) but few knocks on the wall solved it for the evening). We had to checkout before 10AM when we checked-in at 7PM; I felt rushed outside of the room.

Review 13：Splendid location on a top of a hill with great view. Nice swimming pool (although a bit cold for September). The apartment we had was carefully decorated in the local stile and did not miss any detail (shampoo, toothpaste, razorblade, etc). At the reception there was a choice of local wines (owners have a winery); definitely recommend tasting the Rosso of Montepulciano. Overall a great experience, would definitely come back if I got the chance.

Review 36：It is a great location. It can be used as a base to take day trips to many great tourist locations. We stayed a week and found the staff and owners to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was very nice with a lot of fruit, meats, cheese, bread, eggs and bacon and more. We highly exdorse this location.

Review 37：Gps failed to get us to this location. It got us close. We called theestablishment, but the lack of English was a bit of a problem.Still....the proprietress was lovely and able to convey all necessaryinfo .....plus a great hospitable ambience......without much English.

Review 43：Loved everything about it. We got a beautiful apartment which felt clean and luxurious. The public area is also beautiful and well kept. View is spectacular, nice pool, and you can literally walk into the vineyard and the olive trees. Staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast was great. Location is 5 minutes drive from Montepulciano so you can drive over for dinner and be back into this charming place. I would come back.

Review 45：Absolutely beautiful location. We've just returned from a 6 night stay. The setting couldn't be improved on. Fabulous pool. Lovely apartments. We normally have lots of days out on holiday but here the surroundings were so stunning, we felt so relaxed that we were happy to relax by the pool. In fact we only visited Siena (an hour away) and montelpulciano (several times as it was 10 mins by car). A car is a must here.

Review 51：Google maps lead you to the place through a gated road - there'sanother entrance but you need to figure it out or call them.Sheets were missing for the pullout couch but the owner apologized. He would've made it work if I cared to let him know earlier. The breakfast was served starting at 8 when we were there... very late by my standards but we were there off season and we were the only ones there at the time.

Review 52：Nice, laid back atmosphere, great views, great location 5-10 minutesdrive from Montepulciano.We were welcomed by a bottle of olive oil from their farm. Very friendly owner ready and happy to talk about the towns nearby and everything else. His English is not strong but we always found a way to understand each other. The owner is easily reachable over e-mail even thought they do not live at the location.

Review 57：We stayed at Agriturismo Sanguineto only for 1 night during our trip through Italy by car in mid June. We should have stayed there for several days at least! It is one of the best place we stayed during our trip through Italy! It is amazing! It looks like country side house in the movie of 80-th «Il bisbetico domato» with Adriano Celentano. If you would like to feel the atmosphere of true Toscana stay there. Everything is super! There are olive tries and grape. The owners are very friendly and they make you feel at home!!! Hope to get back there some time!

Review 58：We stayed at Villa only for 1 night during our trip through Italy by car in mid June. We should have stayed there for 1 week at least! It was the best place we stayed during our trip through Italy! It is amazing! It looks like «hacienda» from the old Brazilian movies. If you would like to feel the atmosphere of the past you shall stay there. Everything is super! Fruit trees, breakfast, design of the rooms and villa, staff are excellent, not less!!! If you stay there try orange and lemon home made jam they offer for the breakfast! Unbelievable!!! Hope to get back there some time!

Review 59：Location is beautiful, staff very friendly, accommodation very comfortable, clean and perfect for what we wanted. Quiet and tucked away, but a short drive to Montepulciano. Made it very difficult to come home!

Review 60：Very unpleasant staff. We stayed in the ground floor and we could heareverything from upstairs. They charge extra for heating on Winter!!!! Itook a shower and couldn't find the hair dryer and nobody was on thereception. Overall, a terrible staying.
