Review 1：The room smelled of smoke through the ventilation. Ask for a room where there is no smoking allowed!

Review 4：A smart choice for travellers who have to leave Jakarta early in the morning for a connection to another region. Good confort after a long flight (big pool, nice restaurant, shuttle).

Review 5：Hallways and rooms were a little dark - more lighting would be good. Would be nice to have more universal plugs incorporated into the room. Reading the other reviews on this site talking about aggressive happy ending service offerings creeped us out. Good we didn't see them before we stayed and also did not experience.

Review 7：We arrived around 23:00. Not much to do, the Skylounge was empty and karaoke bar was not really our thing.

Review 8：We stayed one night to catch a flight the next evening. Late checkout (18:00) with a small additional charge, good breakfast, nice facilities! I spent some hours in the gym and enjoyed a healthy whey smoothie by the pool. Food in the restaurant was also ok. Airport shuttle was right on time for pick up and drop off.

Review 9：The spa is not really a spa. I had a foot massage where I was seated in the middle of a dark room, in front of a large tv projector playing discovery channel, the bar at the end of the room was in use and a little noisy and had a couple behind me having lunch. Wasn't an overly relaxing atmosphere. I also received the worst pedicure of my life in the salon, which I'm not sure was catered for tourists.

Review 10：The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a short stay. There was also a few options of places to eat and drink while you were staying.

Review 11：Although the hotel is located near the airport, it will take time during rush hour to reach the airport. We needed around 1 hour and 10 minutes starting at 7 o clock in the morning.

Also, the eftpos machine didn't work when it came time to pay for our stay and the nearest ATM is apparently a few kms away so they would benefit by installing an ATM at the resort.

Review 17：The WiFi was terrible, slow and useless. Breakfast was very limited for a buffet! Coffee has to be paid as an extra. The rooms were not sound proof, you can hear the planes take off easily, and other people in the room next to you making love. The hotel is close to the airport, but it has way to much traffic. There are other hotels in a better location so you get to the airport quicker!

Review 19：Cons: Walls are paper thin, I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine... The noise woke-up me at times. Cleaness can be improved. Also my room was a bit dated.

The hotel is convenietly located a short drive (about 15mins with no traffic) from the international airport. Breakfast buffet was K... Fair amount of options for the room rate although must were Indonesian dishes and not necessarily something I would eat for breakfast.

Review 21：Bathroom is essentially a giant frosted glass enclosure. Rooms could use brighter lighting options and more plugs outlets... Would be awesome if a place like this was located AT the airport - then no need for drive through some pretty heavy traffic and crazy drivers...

Had plug by desk and in bathroom that was universal - all hotels with regular international travelers should consider this as a standard for their outlets. Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety to choose from. Great value for an overnight between flights to/from CGK. We stayed here two separate times during a 3+ week travel adventure with our 10 year old in tow... Interesting it appears the hotel purchased their own lot of land to create a private road and shortcut around traffic going back to the airport. Impressed with this "resourcefulness"....

Review 24：We enjoyed very good food during our dinner, breakfast, and lunch on both restaurants. The hotel staffs at front desk and concierge were very helpful and efficients.

Review 26：A perfect airport stop over! Our pick up was there waiting for us, even though our flight was delayed. The hotel is close to the airport but we sat up on the roof terrace and had our free welcome drink and sheesha before we went to bed. Room was exactly as it looked in the pictures. We had a twin room but easily pushed the beds together. Nice warm shower, comfy bed. Buffet breakfast was good- we had omlettes made which were yummy. We arranged a free late checkout (1pm) so used the gym in the morning before getting the free shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff too.

We went for a reflexology massage wgich was amazing,but during the massage I was offered a special massage( with a happy ending), which was not in place. Someone might had enjoyed the offer bit for me it was inappropriate.

Review 35：The distance from the airport ( took as less than 15 minutes). Great variaty of food to choose from at the breakfast, which is served in a very modern and comfortable restaurant (had also a lunch here-all amazing, western cousine, italian, thai and local). Huge whirlpool tube, clean swimming pool and relaxing zone.

Review 36：Sound acoustics due to flooring meant noise travelled in lobby section and in hallways of guest rooms. Noise was high internally but good soundproofing from external. Obvious loud sound for doors being closed could be solved with adjusting the mechanism to make it quieter upon impact.

Review 37：- Free shuttle was arranged but was no-one showed up after waiting 40 minutes at the meeting point. At the end we took a taxi ourselves (30K IDR). No refund or other allowance other than their excuse that "it is currently very busy at our hotel" - Small rooms and looked at first sight clean, but in corners/details there was dust and it was a little dirty - Poolside is crowded with mainly Asian visitors which find tourists (minority) like us funny and 'interesting'. Could be perceived differently.

Review 38：- Very close to CGK airport (15 minutes drive) - It is a resort, so everything what is needed is present to relax after a long journey. Jakarta was just a transport hub for us visiting Java, Bali & Lombok, so we were pleased we did not have to go somewhere in JKT - Breakfast is an extensive and tastefull buffet - Our flight was at midnight, we could store our luggage and use all facilities after late check-out (01:00 PM) without any recharge

Review 40：The staff did not get me to the airport on time. The night before, I told the staff the time of my flight. We left the hotel 20 minutes later than originally discussed and they estimated the travel time to the airport inaccurately. I missed my flight and had to buy a new plane ticket.

Review 41：I would like to warn other travellers to book a shuttle atleast an hour earlier than the time they would like to be at the airport as our 6am shuttle didn't leave the hotel till around 6.30 and there was a LOT of traffic on the way to the airport.

When I went there to get a massage the woman there ended up offering me sexual favors. What kind of place is this? They have a total lack of professionalism and respect for people. Isn't this supposed to be a respected Muslim country? I don't think so. I had to change hotels which was an inconvenience. I spoke the the hotel's management and they acted like they didn't know, but I am not so sure. This hotel should definitely be taken off the booking.com listings.

Review 77：The staff at front desk, becareful as they can rob you easily, by saying that the debit card will not work, and they take cash and pay you less reciept, and at the end they will not also let you see the manager, saying he is in the meeting. So be carefull howmuch you pay and check the reciept.

Review 118：Clean hotel, I've asked for a big bed instead they gave me a room with two tiny tween beds. The restaurant is very bad, the service have no idea on the food that it's on the menu. Have to wait for an our for a salad, then asked when it was coming and they didn't even had started, then waited another 30 min to get the food, also ordered a beer and it was warm. the restaurant is full with mosquitos and it has a weird smell. There is nothing near the hotel so you expect at least the restaurants to be good. They have a spa with a pool, but if you want to use it, do it in the morning, as in the afternoon is full of people, not guests of the hotel.

We asked the hotel if we could get abreakfast box or some kind as our breakfast was included but our flightwas at 6am, which meant we had to leave the hotel at 4am. Their answerfrom them was simply 'we don't do breakfast box'. Not even areply to suggest we could maybe take some fruit with us etc. If we weretravelling only as a couple this wouldn't matter as much to me. Butas we have a toddler, having food with us is important (we were tightfor schedule and wouldnt have time to look for fruit outside the hotel,plus what shop would be open at that time!!) As you can imagine at thatage, they are still restricted as to what they can eat, and airport foodin Jakarta isn't exactly family friendly. We've been to thishotel 4 times now. We've always chosen this hotel everytime we havetravelled to Indonesia. When we stayed last year, my husband gotrejected for requesting a takeaway banana for our toddler!! Shocking! Iwill write to the Manager no doubt! I presume the hotel gets a lot ofbackpackers, couples travellers etc but they cannot forget about thefamilies that are travelling! Very dissapointed!!!
