Review 6：The restaurant - a magnificent meal cooked by the mother of the family. The situation, surrounded by beautiful scenery, wonderful walks and roads to cycle.
Review 7：The refrigerator made a lot of noise and was positioned next to the bed. We had to shut it off in order to get sleep, but that meant the breakfast (which was already in the fridge as they don't serve it fresh in the morning) was lukewarm.

Review 17：the location was perfect for a trip up to the Santuario d'oropa. The hotel is run by the owner and her daughters who treat every guest like family. The dinner was AMAZING - family style (no menu) and we even got second helpings of delicious homemade ravioli. The room and living space outside of the room were cosy, homey and full of character. Definitely NOT a chain!!
Review 18：in the shower we found only bottle of soap, that has been used many times before. breakfast was really horrible and there was a note, that it is possible to get some hot drinks in the bar with extra fee (so what do they mean "breakfast included"?). staff could be more friendly as well.

Review 22：Waiting to check in at 5 pm was a bit inconvenient after a long and fairly difficult drive along narrow roads (more like country lanes). The breakfast - included in the tariff and self-served in the room - was pre-packaged and coffee, or tea, from a machine, was one euro per small plastic cup. Breakfast was a letdown after the quality of the evening meal.
Review 23：Our room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The staff - a mother and two daughters, one of whom speaks excellent English - were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an excellent meal in their restaurant.
Review 24：The hotel is actually set in the pretty village of Favaro and is run by a mother and er two daughters, one speaks excelleny English. The decor is busy,cosy and tastefully done. For diiner there is no menu-Mama cooks what she wants which was shocking for our 4 children! But what a feast typical local fare the starters just kept coming with plenty to choose from and really intereeting local dishes-superb. THe family could not have made you feel more welcome.
