Review 1：The staff were excellent.The owner was always there to accommodate.Helped heaps with directions and information about the area.Very friendly man.I would definitely stay there again. We stayed there 10 days and never had a problem.
Review 2：It is sad that in booking.com they write "air conditioning", but in rooms you can find only one ventilator which circulates the air, so it was really hot in the afternoons. House is quite under construction, but it did not bother us unless we had to clean the terrace we wanted so sit at by ourselves.
Review 3：Really helpful and friendly owner! You can ask him about boat trip he can reserve, because it is a must-do in Sardinia (also you will have an amazing discount). Amazing breakfast, made by hotel owner himself, pretty and comfortable rooms. Small beach is 1 minute away, big beach - 5 minutes away. Also you can find several good restaurants and bars nearby.
Review 4：When we entered the property the first thing we noticed were the abundant building materials spread allover the place. Like a building site. Even in the house, going up the stairs to the bedrooms there is a small mezzanine with building materials. The garden was inaccessible because it is not maintained. There are no garden chairs available. The BBQ stacked with garden waste. Electrical wires in the bathroom hanging loose. Room full of mosquitoes, the owner could have sprayed a little bit before our arrival. The curtain would not close and was hanging in a funny way. On the terrace a loose electrical wire (dangerous for children) and in the bathroom was a loose wire as well, with no lamp connected above the mirror. Since there was no breakfast ready (there was nobody in the house when we got downstairs), we had to leave without saying goodbye after having decided to leave because of the disorder, no service, no breakfast and no wifi in the room . The place is not ready to receive guests and the kitchen was not very tidy and a bit messy.We had booked for 2 nights though and left Euro 60 on the bed to pay for the 1st night. In my opinion the owners are nog the regular B&B hosts.We will not go back.
Review 5：The location is nice though, near a small beach (covered with washed ashore seeweeds). There are some restaurants nearby and beach bars/restaurants. Very quiet, you need a car and there is not a lot of activities.
Review 6：The hotel is very well positioned near to a delightful beach where you can snorkel. The owner is friendly and assisted me when I was unlucky enough to have a car accident. This is an ideal place if you are looking for a peaceful holiday and I would heartily recommend it.
Review 7：The house were undergoing major restorations, the main doors were closed and one had to enter the house from a different door each day. Breakfast was insufficient, it was unexpected that I asked for a spoon or for a yogurt or a piece of bread. It was a case of you as a guest having to adapt to the owners' ways and daily life not the other way around. These people are not meant to be running a B&B.
