Review 1：The position is good when you are with your car, but without a car you can´t even go to eat out of the hotel.

Review 7：I rate staff as "poor" considering unpleasant experience we had with evening staff including restaurant manager. Catching attention from both Reception and Restaurant manger were very difficult - there were there, but entertaining others only. I even felt racially decriminated being Asian American. However, morning staff incluidng restaurant staff and manager were excellent and very helful. After serious consideration, we decided to leave bad review to correct the issue with evening staff.
Review 8：The cleaning machine was still in the pool while we were swimming Breakfast was not the best. It was very limited Pool needs better maintenance. The pavement around it was worn out. Pool bit small. Not a very organised system for breakfast - they just assumed that everyone had breakfast and started packing up when it was 15 mins to closing time.

Review 11：The location, very close to the A1 just north of Rome is ideal for a stop when en route north from Rome at just half an hour from Ciampino. Rooms are clean and well appointed with huge bed, breakfast plentiful and good (including coffee served at the table), free wifi efficient etc., but the attentiveness of all the staff is what really sets this hotel apart with a special mention for the restaurant/bar manager who was extremely helpful. Will certainly use again and recommend to anyone!

Breakfast was copious and to all tastes. We had a loft and kids really liked it. Main bed was king size. Hotel was new and very comfortable.

Tea and coffee facilities was available with fresh milk brought on request. Secure car park and to enter the lift you needed your room card. 500 meters from the motorway.

Good breakfast but some food ran out and was never refilled. We came to breakfast at 9 o'clock every morning and same stuff was out everyday and not refilled.
