Review 1：Booked our room at 9pm on a Thursday evening as we were heading back to Sydney. I had read that check in was 8pm so contacted office and Ron was very friendly and happy to help us out with a late check in. Lovely room and great location
Review 2：Had to sign a document listing out a number of "fines" and then the manager/owner kept the document and didn't provide a copy - therefore couldn't remember everything on the list that incurred a fine. "Incur a fee" would be better wording. A little more attention to detail from the prior occupants as the dishes had puddles of water on them (I had to rewash and dry all dishes from the cupboard before using them).

Review 4：Staff is unpleasant. May need to have new staff there as the husband and wife tandem is not good- especially the husband (grumpy). They seem to not know what customer service is. Their attitude is that guest are there once and never to come back- they do not know how to treat guest properly.

Review 9：owner is very nice to wait for us till 9pm as we arrived late. despite it was so late, it is very sweet that they helped provide baby cot as i mentioned in the booking memo. the room is spacious for 4 adults+2 babies. nice view in lakes entrace.

Review 22：Felt like home, everything was so clean and the appearance was excellent. Would love to go back. Loved the colours chosen for the bed spreads and curtains. Noticed that the colours were matched even in the kitchen and the bathroom. Credit goes to the interior decorator. Well done.
Review 23：The shower was freezing, bedside lamp did not work and the tv remote also did not work. Wifi was also pretty poor. When I discussed my issues on check out with the owner, she was very rude to me and told me everything was magically OK as soon as I had checked out and that there was nothing she could do about my freezing cold shower and basically I was a liar. For this reason I will never be back. I would like to pre warn anyone checking in here to ensure everything is in good working order as with this woman's very bad attitude, you will get nowhere. She really needs to step up a notch with her customer care skills!!!!
Review 24：The apartment was a great size which overlooked the pool. The bed was comfortable. The man on reception was lovely and very helpful. Shame about the owner who was rude and obnoxious!!
Review 25：The Apartment is about 5km outside Lakes Entrance which may put some people off but I found it be so peaceful. We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit. The décor is very old but clean, the sofa's in the lounge room were very uncomfortable, I think time to change them. I found the bed to be comfortable but the Wi-Fi was very slow when working. We didn't use the pool but looked clean and inviting.I felt over all though that it was value for money.

Review 46：The wifi reception varies greatly according to where you are. The manager thought it amusing that some guests wander around looking for reception. Although it is advertised as "unlimited" clearly there is a limit. On day four of our 7 day stay it was suggested that we go to the library for an Internet connection. (About 5 Km away) "Do not expect anyone to do anything about it." A quiet location but too far from town.

You have to throw all of the rubish in the bin otherwise they will give you a fine of $50. There are many restrictions in this place. Location is 5km from Lake Entrance center.

Review 55：There were 11 baby spiders in the bedroom, 4 in the living area, 1 landing on the bed and 1 crawling off the porta cot cover. We left after the first night as this room was extremely unsafe for an 8 month old baby. The hotel used excuses to not refund us all our money saying that we didn't let them know before departing. Even spraying out the room would not be a safe option as chemicals would linger and be inhaled. Very bad service and not one bit of remorse for providing a very bad room. Was only refunded 1 night instead of two. No compassion and only concerned about money and me writing them a bad review. They asked for this not to be published.

Logan Beach I believe is the suburb.

Close proximity to Lakes Entrance and other tourist attractions. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This was second visit and would definitely use again if visiting the area.

There was a notice that you had to pay $50 if you dont take your rubbish outside.
