Review 1：A very warm welcome and most accommodating with helping with the deposit situation. Kind and very genuine customer care service at the reception who always went out of her way to help out in any situation. Cleaners happy to help with extra clean laundry when needed with a kind gesture. Most grateful

Review 2：1. late check-in is very problematic. Although we have informed the hotel that we will arrive at 22:30 and got the answet that it is fine, it was not so simple. The reception was closed. We had to call the phone number left on the door. We were told to go by car to another hotel to get the key. When fe finally got to another hotel, they charged 30 EUR for late check-in. 2. There is a supermarket nearby the hotel, which is very comforable. But they have several dogs on their territory, which were barking day and night. I was waking up at 5 am, because it was so loud. 3. They do not change bed sheets and towels during your whole stay. We stayed two weeks and hoped they will change them in one week, but they told this is possible only if we pay 40 EUR, which we find to expensive.

Review 3：Very clean room, big enough for two people. Great bathroom and small kitchen. 3 min by car to the beach. Many beautiful beaches around.

Review 4：- although the check in is supposed to be between 17 and 20, at 19.30 there was nobody at the hotel, so we had to switch to Cala Ginepro and check in - no cleaning whatsoever, for the full 7 day stay - very loud guests, lots of noise coming from the pool aria during the night and early in the morning, it is very difficult to get a good night's sleep

Review 5：- at check in, the room is quite clean, although the pictures present a much more lavish decor than what you truly find - close to a supermarket and a bakery, which come in really handy

Review 6：Really clean room. Hotel location is far from touristic places, so you need a car to get here. It is quiet. Sunny, not crowded Sardinian territory outside. Hotel offers beautiful swimming pool which is cleaned every day. Supermarket is 1 min walk. Note that restaurants are open after 18:00 or later.

Review 7：it is very hard to cook in the small kitchinette with the two burner stove top which is so small only 1 pan fits there. the bed was not so comfy. due to a delayed flight we arrived at the Residence at 1 o 'clock in the night. the door was closed and when we called the number of the Residence, no one answers. We had to sleep in the car that first night. The next day, when we told the lady from the desk this story she only said sorry and that was it.

Review 8：the swimming pool is nice, the bathroom is big and clean

Review 9：1. The bed is terrible 2. 200 eur deposit but they have a credit card details. There is a possibility to block the deposit in a credit card but for ONE MONTH. I have no clue why for so long time. 3. The smell in the room. It feels like a branch of hippies burned thousands aroma sticks. 4. Very dark room 5. Very bad sound isolation

Review 11：Be aware: check in is strictly at 9.00 - 12.00 and 17.30 - 19.30. We arrived at 20.00 from Alghero, c.a. 200 km drive one way. And we got in trouble with check in. Hotel was closed. No service people. Horrible experience, however everything else was great.

Review 12：Clean, functional apartment with all necessary crockery. Nice pool, nice location near supermarket. Within 10 km by car one can find dozens of great beaches either to the left or to the right side of the hotel.

Review 14：Very nice place very nice people (the one receptionist whom we met). We stayed for 5 nights. Room was nice, clean, well equipped. Pool area - although we have not used it - seemed also well kept. A supermarket is just a few steps away for self caterers. The beaches nearby (Cala Liberotto and Cala Ginepro) are nice. Do not be alarmed of the location when you arrive - the entrance is in the corner of a not too nice parking slot, but the hotel itself is beautiful. Do not miss the ice cream place on the right on the way to Cala Liberotto.

Review 15：It was really difficult to find, nobody in the village knew where it was(they probably knew it under some other name). There's a supermarketsisa, if you park in their parking lot you're there (coming fromOlbia on the left hand side there's a butcher's shop Macellaria,then Supermercato sisa, then a grigliatta take-away, then a pastry shopand then the entrance to the hotel). Awkward (never had a hotel where wehad to leave a deposit): they charge a 200 euros deposit when you check-in. We got our money back when we checked-out, but we would havepreferred to spend the money while we were on the island.

Review 16：We landed in Alghero, on the other side of the island so it was quite along drive (thank God we hired a good car from Aigua, didn't use upmuch fuel), but once we got there (wasn't quite easy to find it buteventually we did) we found a 2nd home away from home :) Cala Liberottowas 5 mins away, brilliant beach if you want to go snorkeling. Perfectlocation, perfect accommodation if you don't mind self-catering.

Review 32：Location is not ideal, unless you want to spend all the time on the beach (not the nicest on the island). The nicest places are in the North of the island and the prices for the rooms (with better service quality) are comparable.
