Review 1：Service was poor - no greeting, no collecting our bags, lacked security Depressing - lights not turned on in lobby Food (breakfast) was very poor

Review 3：The food in the place was average. The buffet for dinner was sub standard compared to the ratings. The rooms were not fully clean. The bottle of water in the room was open and partially used.

Review 5：Both my wife and I were very much satisfied overall. The staff in all departments are very courteous and helping. But single most person who left lasting impression on our mind is the reception guy Nandan. Just I want to wish him all the success in life.

Review 15：I stayed here from 24-26 July 2015, and this is one of the best hotels in Jodhpur! - Location is amazing, clean, quiet, peaceful. It is in the military area. And having your own vehicle is recommended to reach there. - The staff is excellent - The hotel is majestic with a number of facilities like a nice swimming pool, a huge restaurant (named Angeethi) and more. - The food is great. Excellent restaurant staff, very attentive! -The rooms are clean, quite spacious and comfortable, though the bathrooms of the executive rooms were, I would say, somewhat small in size than what they should be. But was ok. -Great view from the room windows looking towards the central open roof area of the hotel, which is well maintained. - Ample amount of space in the hotel premises to go for a good walk which is quite refreshing also. -A great value for money! - Will definitely recommend and visit again ! :-)

Review 18：The hotel is situated in defence area and comes under the flight landing path. So, the flights sound are an early morning alarm and sometimes be irritating. The cooling in the rooms have a room for improvement inspite of having the best-in-class daikin air conditioners. Swimming is a nightmare on Sundays as local people have access to the pool. Otherwise, the pool is at par with the best.

Review 19：The hotel is absolutely wonderful with amazing deals, courteous staff, delicious food and good amenities. We were travelling with a small kid and he freaked out in the pool and kids area. There are a few important shortcomings though.

Review 22：We unfortunately had a bad experience with the management of the hotel during our stay here. Having booked the Presidential suite here through booking.com we arrived to find the size of the suite was only 10% of that advertised, and only a very small suite to be marketed as 'Presidential'. The management realized the mistake and could understand my sentiment that the I should pay 10% of the amount agreed given their mistake (albeit through booking.com). Face to face they stated that if booking.com agreed to this Indana would honour it and that no money would be taken from my account until the matter was resloved. Shortly after I left Jodhpur, Indana took the full amount from my account, booking.com stated that Indana had communicated no such sentiment to them. A very disappointing matter and from this i would not recommend the Indana as having trust-able management. The Indana group management have unfortunately neglected to respond to my two subsequent emails.

Review 72：The hotel was designed and furnished in a very conventional way, thus although it is new, it doesn't radiate a great ambiance. The location at the outskirt of the city, surrounded by a power substation, military camps, and uncultivated lands, is not very great. Children's play area is very poorly equipped as far as small kids are concerned. The closing hour of the pool and gym (7 p.m.) is not convenient at all. They should be open at least until 9 p.m.

Review 73：This is a new hotel (opened 15 months ago), clean and well-maintained with a great pool area and wellness/gym building. Public areas, as well as the rooms are very spacious. Buffet breakfast is rich and has a wide variety of foods.

Review 74：Hotel is understaffed and lacks of professionalism. Nobody at reception answers the phone and staff carrying the luggages arrive at the last point when you don't need them anymore. Although rated as 5 stars, I'd give them barely 3 stars. We've been informed that the hotel is 15 months old, However, it looks older than 15 years. Material to build this hotel was quite cheap and it looks indeed like a cheap hotel. Much too overpriced for the facility and the service they're (not) providing. Far away from the city center, takes more than 30 minutes by car. Opposite the hotel there is a military airforce which (much to our surprise) starts to air their jets after 8-9 p.m. We knew about the jet noises, however, we were not expecting that they start at night time. I would strongly recommend everybody to stay away from this hotel. Cleanliness needs much to be improved.

Review 75：Free highspeed Wi-Fi. The room looked quite dirty and we complaint about it. They upgraded us to another room which also looked very unclean. They send somebody to clean up the room. They did their best in this matter.

Review 78：We were upgraded to a suite, which was fit for kings and queens. A bit over the top, but nonetheless, this new 1 year old hotel surprised us on the upside in every aspect - food, service, room quality, cleanliness, free wifi, and quiet surroundings.

Review 81：For this price, in India, you would expect complete luxury but the experience was lacking. The building was huge but deserted so staff outnumbered guests. This made us feel too uncomfortable to swim in the pool. The location is far out of Jodpur which isn't practical and there just didn't seem to be the little extra touches you'd expect from somewhere like this. Have stayed in places in India for half the price but twice the character.
