Review 1：Air conditioning would have made the stay more comfortable. The property was not signposted and could not be located using GPS. Signposting from the SP60 would help as would a sign at the property.
Review 2：The service was fantastic. The landlady didn't speak English but we were able to communicate with her in French and with her daughter in English.
Review 3：Difficult to find by GPS street names.Use of the GPS coordinates solved the issue.There is no signage as locals dont approve.Beds are firm as is everywhere in Italy.
Review 4：Beautiful setting in a 2 storey brick villa separate from the main home high on a Tuscan hill.Friendly Italian family served us a home-made 6 course dinner and wine on arrival.One morning the owner surprised us with fresh donuts from her kitchen.Beautiful furnishings and accessories. We needed to wash the vehicle and they facilitated that.We would stay again.
