Review 1：We will definitely come back!!!

Review 2：Very nice surprise for this last minute booking! Super clean room and very friendly staff! The hotel has a large and relaxing swimming pool and it's just a walk away for several amazing crystal clear beaches :-) Large Italian breakfast on the terrace with a fantastic sea view was definitely a plus, such as the option of renting bikes which we surely enjoyed. Renata, the owner, is a goldmine of suggestions for wonderful places to see around.

Review 3：The only thing I wasn't too pleased with is the room I was given: It was located in the basement - it was a bit plain, spacious but furnished only with a (large) bed, slightly shabby wardrobe and desk. White walls, white simple curtain, no pictures, no other decoration just a mirror that I found in the bathroom and placed above the desk myself. It would decidedly benefit from a little TLC.

Review 4：The hotel is located off the SS 125 on a quiet road close to the beach. The beach is just a 5 min walk away down the street. It has a very nice veranda overlooking the woods and allowing a glimpse of the ocean on the other side. The public space is tastefully furnished and comfortable, breakfast is good with fruit, cake, yoghurt, muesli, juice and coffee or tea - even including a second coffee or tea for free (though one was charged but on the other days the second one was for free). Personnel quickly learned and memorised my preferences in wine and food. And when I decided to leave one day earlier than booked because I wanted to spend the last night closer to the departure airport (Calgiari) the host was very co-operative in finding a replacement guest and not charging for the night I would have otherwise had to pay for (fair enough - it's what I booked!). The place is clean and well-kept.The room I was given was spacious though a bit plain and, as it was in the basement, probably one of the cooler rooms in the house which is why I didn't complain (mid-August in Italy!).

Review 5：Extra fees for the air conditioning. Poorly soundproofed building/doors, woke up early in the morning of noise from the kitchen that was in the back of the hotel. Clean but a bit old furniture in the room.

Review 11：The first thing the owner showed us, was the rules of the hotel. -Youcan't use the pool without a swimming-cap. And it costs 1 euro perday to rent? -Breakfast did not include cheese, sausage or eggs. Itcosts extra also. -Air-condition also costs extra. -No rooms havebalcony. -Not many restaurants close by. -Restricted areas to drink ownbeverages. -The staff turned of the warm water during the day, so whenwe came back from a long drive and wanted to shower, it took 40 min toheat the water..All these things made our stay less comfortable. We unfortunatly did not get a good impression of this hotel and its owner.Not worth the money, I would recommend living at a Agriturismo cheaper and getting better service.

If you are looking for relaxing holidays , away from the crowd that is certainly a good choose. Very nice and friendly staff that manage this small but very pretty hotel. Review 39：This is a delightful hotel located just a few meters from some beautiful beaches. The bedrooms are recently refurbished and are very clean. There is a large swimming pool and a sunbathing and barbecue area. The new managers are charming and friendly. They were so helpful with excellent recommendations on what to see and where to eat. We will definitely return. Excellent value for money! We had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
