Review 2：Hotel situated only about 5 mins from the bus stop and 10 mins from Airport Marco Polo. Hotel provides free delivery and pick up to/from bus stop. From hotel to go in Venice take only 20mins. We are very satisfied with the good service & advices and warm hospitality from the staff during our stay. Breakfast is great too, Room is very clean and comfort.

Review 11：Amazing and welcoming hosts. We were treated extremely well and given good pointers for when in Venice. The free shuttle to the bus stop (5 minutes from the B&B) is a very good service and you can be picked up from the bus stop as late as 11pm. Same shuttle will take you from and to the airport for a small fee. My negative is not even really a negative so won't put it on the :-( side...It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms...but this is not going to stop me going back there next time!

Review 13：The Reception was wonderful, she greeted us and offered to take us to a store or restaurant nearby as the restaurant in the hotel was closed. We asked for a bottle of wine and she made a suggestion and brought it, chips and wine glasses to our room. The hotel room was very neat and clean, best towels of our 3 week vacation. The shuttle driver was prompt and pleasant.

The staff at the hotel restaurant were some of the rudest I have ever experienced! In particular the young daughter of the owner! She really puts this place down and should certainly not be working in the service industry! So rude! We refused to eat there and walked 1km in to town rather than give them our money! She certainly should be sacked!

Review 55：The location is on a rather noisy road and there isn't much to do there. One day of relaxing is fine. I was dropped at the tram stop so I could go to the train station. Unfortunately there was a strike on so I had to depend on the help of strangers. Given the frequency of strikes in Italy, I think the hotel should be aware of this potential problem and not leave guests stranded.

Review 68：My husband and I booked this hotel for it's nearness to Marco Polo Airport. They provide a free shuttle for the 5 minute ride to the hotel and we were arriving late in the evening. We had been to Venice before and were boarding a cruise ship the next day, so there was no need to stay in a costly hotel right in Venice. The WiFi and breakfast were really great, as was every staff member. The bus stop for the local Venice bus is close by. There is a well reviewed restaurant on the property, but we arrived too late to eat there. It is about a 20-30 minute ride to Venice, but it's a real value for a wonderful stay at 30-40% of the cost of those hotels in the heart of Venice. And getting luggage moved around Venice is difficult. The manager, at my request, had prearranged a private transfer to the cruise ship for us for the next day. It was in a lovely luxury van with a professional driver for a cost of 40 Euro. We will be staying at Agriturismo Ca' Beatrice the next time we go to to Venice. Highly recommended!

Review 69：We only spent one night at the hotel before we met up with our tour and we loved this hotel. The room was comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The shuttle picked us from the airport and took us back with no problems. The breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

Review 84：Ca' Beatrice was the perfect overnight spot before flying from Venice. Their free shuttle picks up from or takes you to the airport with a 5-10 minute ride. The shuttle will also take you to the bust stop in Tessera Centro so you can easily get into Venice- 25 minutes with no bus changes. The staff is very friendly and helpful even providing coffee to pass the time while we waited for the shuttle. Breakfast had something for everyone. Another plus is that there is a very good restautant, da Olinda. Their specialty is meats cooked on a spit in an open fireplace as well as other Italian dishes. On a weekend night you might want to make a reservation for dinner since the restaurant is frequented by the locals. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Review 85：The restaurant was closed, so we had to go to another place whose food was only so-so. The road is not pedestrian-friendly, so if you don't have a car, you're pretty much stuck. On the other hand, the staff was quite willing to take us pretty much anywhere in their shuttle van.

Review 100：Came to make my morning flight back to London. They offer a shuttle service for free! Complimentary water, chocs and toiletries in the room. Good wifi connection. A short scenic bus ride will take you directly into Venice convenient for eating, shopping and prosecco! The staff were lovely - even with my demands and so helpful and accommodating. If you have the chance to go to the restaurant - take it! It was one of the best meals I had in Venice with fabulous wine. The grilled section is delicious and visually appealing!

Review 102：Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. Roberto, Beatrice, and Sara were just the perfect hosts, and made our stay special. The hotel is only 3 years old, and looks brand new. If you are worried about the location, do NOT. The hotel has a shuttle van and they will take you to the airport (2 minutes) to catch the ferry, or the bus stop about 1.5 miles away, where you can ride the bus directly to Venice in about 10 minutes. You just need an international phone and you can call the hotel and they will come pick you up. The restaurant on the property was also very good, and we ate there twice since it was so convenient. Both are owned by the family, and run very well. Why bother with the higher cost and mass of humanity in Venice, when you can stay in comfort and quiet at Ca' Beatrice. Highly recommend.

Review 103：Not much I did not like. The only thing I could think of was that the owners were very limited in their English, so conversation was limited.

Without this kind of service, I would not have liked taking a taxi. It would have been expensive because of the location. The front staff gave us all the info. we needed in order to get around and see what we needed to see.

Review 113：We've stayed at a few hotels near European airports, including Venice. Normally you would not stay in Tessura except as an overnight stop before departing from Marco Polo, but this Agriturismo could change your mind. Set in a farm but still minutes away, it is a lovely, serene location and accommodation. From its charming decor to the very good attached restaurant, I don't think you'll find a thing not to like. The restaurant has a wood burning oven and is frequented by many locals. The staff is friendly and very helpful, especially Michaela at the desk. Breakfast was extra for us but well worth it.

Review 114：Beware of the mosquitoes. Unfortunately I got bitten so if that's a problem you will need to make sure you are well prepared. However this is more an issue with the environment and time of year rather than the hotel. Ca Beatrice had shutters and mosquito proof curtains so were doing their best to counteract the problem.

Review 115：Great stopover location when arriving at Marco Polo airport at night. We found it so easy to stay at Ca Beatrice rather than try to negotiate our way to our Venice hotel in the dark. The service was excellent; we were picked up at the airport and then taken back in the morning to catch the water bus into Venice. Although their restaurant was closed the night we arrived they took us to another one, where we had a lovely meal. We were then picked up again and taken back to Ca Beatrice all as a courtesy of the hotel. The room was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was also very good. A lovely way to start our 30th wedding anniversary celebration.

Review 116：This hotel near the airport is a treasure! The staff were so pleasant and accommodating, from the woman who picked us up from the airport to the desk clerk who checked us in (and served the great bottle of wine we enjoyed on their terrace), to the man who dropped us at the airport at 5am the next morning! The room was spotless and one of the nicest we'd stayed in during our 2 week trip, with a heavenly mattress. The onsite restaurant is also owned by the family who runs the hotel, and the meal was 5 star! All we were looking for was a location convenient to the airport for our early morning flight, but it turned out to be a fantastic icing on the cake of our dream trip to Italy!
