Review 1：Wonderful friendly staff. Remembered our names and always helpful and smiling. Lovely pool area and beach. Breakfast a highlight of the day especially with "picky" kids. Everything you could want in a holiday though expect to pay NZ prices for everything so not cheap. Evening meals were variable around the resort restaurants. Recommend the Seafood place on the pier and the Thai.
Review 2：No sea-sports available in this premise. Need to take a shuttle to another resort, which is pretty inconvenient as the shuttle bus is at 30 mins interval. Quite waste of time and imagine you are all wet after the sea-activity ; waiting 30 mins for the shuttle.
Review 3：The staff are friendly, helpful and quite prompt in responding to our request.
Review 4：Pricy, you'll have to head to Tanjung Pinang to stock up on food and drinks at the supermarket. Have to book a car (w/ driver) for the 1.5hrs trip there. WIFI access can cut off sometimes (regardless of which device you use).
Review 5：Many of the leisure activities are located in the same area, shuttle access around the resort, good accommodation, 2 swimming pools (towels provided).
Review 6：Tar on beach so we swam at pool away from shopping areas, simply meant for relax but overall, we had fun!

Review 8：The price - most things were same if not more than Singapore but the quality and variety was not there. We could have stayed in Singapore and got the quality and price. We stayed there 4 years ago and things haven't changed. Water for shower does not facilitate 4 people (as the accommodation is based on), there were a number of basic things that need looked at (TV reception in bedroom - if it doesn't work remove the tv, no storage in bathroom - had put put toiletries on the floor, room service menus not in the room). Disappointed that they were relying on the location compared to Singapore to get the money in. We will not be back.

Review 10：Buggy Service is slow, we booked 2 villas but no personal buggy were provided. There were time when only 1 buggy was available only and the poot driver had to make a couplr of trips just to ferry such a big group of people with kids. Villa interior needs a new facelift, everything looks the same when i visited few years back in the villas.

Review 12：room fixtures broken, light bulb fell on the ground from ceiling and shattered, dead cockroaches in bedroom and toilet, no bath tub, toilet seat has shower curtain right in front making it uncomfortable when using it, kitchen utensils broken and dirty.

Review 14：Food was scarce and left with no choice except for resort restaurants. To get raw food to cook was difficult and expensive not reasonable rate. No toothbrushes thou shampoo and body soap provided. No kitchen towels even if wanted to clean the kitchen after use. Since near nature, ants and insects tend to get in after cooking...
Review 15：The peacefulness and nature. The basic necessity was there. Transport was easy to get and many fun filled activities.
Review 16：Most weirdest Villa bathrooms I have ever seen, need serious renovation. Beds were not clean, lot of stains on the linen, pillow & comforter. Breakfast was average. Restaurent food were expensive. Slowest internet connectivity. No good TV channels are clearly visible. Overall, not value for money.

Review 29：The Villa was not well kept. Bathroom door broken. Door frame also broken at both sides. Toilet bowl kept flowing Continuously. When the bathroom tap is put on it sounds as if the pipes where rattling through the Villa

Review 44：The staff refused to accept my usd100 bills, because they wereprinted before the year 2000. When I pointed out that 1 of the billswere printed in 2003, they said that they would not accept it becauseof a small tear at the edge of the bill. The fact that I was notallowed to pay with notes printed prior to year 2000 was not madeknown to me in any of my correspondence with the staff and they saidI could pay in usd.
