Review 1：i expected access to the Valence lake from the hotel premises. Instead I had to walk a considerable distance to the public beaches. Nothing wrong with public beaches but at this price level i wanted to go directly into the water.

Asked for an early check in because it was my wedding day but it was not possible even if only 1/4 of the rooms were booked, really unhelpful management the only thing they could do was to let us use their luggage room and that was not a solution for our problem.
