Review 1：Theres no Wi-Fi. We had no hot water. Apartments was totally broken and they charged resort fee with no service at all!!!

Review 2：Absolutely nothing. They say that is 4 stars but in fact that is very old totally broken apartments.

Review 3：Surprise at the checkin that total price it not total price, but there is a €11/per day per person additional to your booking.com price! The breakfast is a waste of money and you do not get refunded if you like to cancel it. Canceling a room is not possible either. Staff is moody. The wifi works 1 out of 10 times. You need to bring your own toilet paper.

Review 5：I feel idiot when I received the bill. There is a tax of 11€ more per person and per night that increases a lot the price. It appears in the reservation page with small letter. But you have to know that the price that appear in the webpage is false. If the price with the tax is correct for you then the place is correct.

Review 7：We got no towels and were not offered to lend them. The room was dusty and the bathroom was smelly. you have to clean after yourself the room and empty the trash beans. Its fine, when I do it at home, not in the hotel during my vacation. Wi fi is out of reach in the room. It is very loud in the evening bcs of the animation programm. I am wondering how can the hotel claim to be 4 star???

Review 8：We had to pay an extra surcharge of €11.- each night/ p.p. (resort fee) According to the staff this was for clean towels, animation etc. Furthermore we were very surprised that we had to pay another € 6.- each night for the airco. I assume that the owner of this building works with these annoying surcharges to look more competitive in the search results. The music at the pool was very loud and for us irritating. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Review 10：There was a disco every evening for teenagers and below which was so loud if it shattered the calm of all the rooks facing the large pool . there was apparently another pool with rooms surrounding in a totally different building. This may have been a huge lot quieter. Always ask for quiet room as far as possible from the main pool and disco. The wi fi was good, but the internet service (which one connects to via the wi-f) was atrocious. Wifi and internet at La Terrazza was excellent. The east coast of Sardinia as you move south is known to have weak internet. The service charge of 11 Eur pp per day made us pay fro what should have been included in the quoted price.

Review 11：Room was fine, and balcony also. See across for heavy noise (Disco) pollution. Large pool excellent General location good.

Review 12：The made us pay 4 Euros extra a day p.P. for the club fee, what turned to be out to be only in Italian and tailor made for families with young children. The room was dark The stuff was unfriendly The breakfast room was a mess and the quality of the breakfast was bad It was increadably loud, as we were located right next to the elavator and the animation team!!!
