Review 1：Too monotonous breakfast is the only thing. Except this, it's perfect!
Review 2：Friendly staff (owner?). Good facility, especially coffee maker, I love it. Near bus stop(10 meters away from B&B) to get the island.
Review 3：Clean, comfortable rooms, good shower and it was nice having a basically self contained apartment. Breakfast was basic but with the stove we could make our own eggs etc

Review 13：The owner picked us up from the airport, he was very friendly, and told us all we needed to know about traveling into Venice and where to eat close to the apartment. Location was close to the centre of Venice, bus right outside the gate and easy to travel. Took around 20mins. The apartment was quite small for 2 people and sofa was uncomfortable, but very clean and breakfast was basic but ok and provided each morning.

Review 15：Location is perfect.Outside the apartment is the bus stop.In 15-20 min to Venice center.The young girl who completed check in for us was helpful though struggled a bit with English.Apartment is well maintained clean with all kitchen facilities.A/c starts as soon as u close the door.Breakfast was good.safe car parking inside the apartment compound wall.

Review 18：We had a lovely stay in this place. The owner was very nice and helpful explaining to us everything about how to get to different places from the apartment to Venice. There are frequent buses going up and down from the B&B to Venice. The bus stop is just 1 minute walking or less which is very handy. It's just about 10-15 minutes away from Venice on the bus. The apartment had a nice patio where we could have our breakfast every morning enjoying the sun. It's well worth to stay here if you want to spend a few days visiting Venice. Fully recommended. We would definitely book an apartment in Eco B&B Venice again if we go back to Venice in the future.
Review 19：Very pleasant accommodation. The owner welcomed us and explained the basics as soon as we arrived. He was even kind enough to book us the first bus tickets to Venice old city. The room was very clean, the bathroom was modern and breakfast was stocked on a daily basis (croissants, jam, Nutella, yogurt, juice, lavazza coffee and milk). It was like staying in a 5 stars hotel! Moving to Venice and back to the room was very easy since the bus stop was very close (10 meters to the right to leave and exactly opposite to Eco bb when returning). Owner also offered us a ride to Marco Polo airport when leaving Venice.
Review 20：The hotel was pretty well located with the Bus stop just 10 meters away that takes you to Venice in just 15 minutes. The owner was really Kind and nice, and the hotel itself was really comfortable.
Review 21：Small for two people, felt a bit cramped. Thin walls so heard ALL the interactions from the neighbours, who fortunately for us were a young couple with a small child so were in bed early enough.
Review 22：Good parking with very handy connection to Venice by bus. Recommend staying in the suburbs to get a flavour of ordinary life in Mestre. Great hosts who looked after us well. Nature reserve with lovely walks nearby. Laundry at the end of the road if needed.

Review 24：The apartment is done extremely well and owner has utilized the space very efficiently. Facilities including breakfast are really awesome. Host has even provided milk, juice and curd in Fridge which we hardly found in any other apartment.
Review 25：The apartments are on the third storey of the property so bags have to be carried up several stairs. The kitchen would benefit from more cooking equipment and an electric kettle.

Review 34：A family run establishment and every single member of the family was friendly and accommodating. They had answers to all of our questions and were always available. The apartment is very close to the bus stop, which will take you to central Venice in 15 minutes. It is also very close to grocery and tobacco shop (where you purchase your bus ticket into town). The apartment is modern, and is cleaned everyday. They provide breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, croissant, a variety of jams, Nutella, biscuits, etc) and there is also a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and stove for you to be able to cook meals, if you wish.
Review 35：The photos online were a bit deceptive - it looked bigger than it was but it was perfect for one night if you are a family and not spending much time in the room.

Review 61：Bus couldn't be handier, stops right in front of the hotel and goes 4 times per hour, takes you right to the main bus/train station in Venice. Can get a 24, 48 or 72 hour pass for all the buses and water buses at the tourist info by the bus station.

Review 63：Eco BB is well situated just outside Venice. It's just a fifteen minute bus ride into Venice. bus stop is 10 metres from the apartment. The studio apartment was very clean and modern. Attilio (the Owner) was really helpful and explained everything really well. There is a delightful deli 5 mins. up the road to purchase rolls and meat for breakfast.
Review 64：There was no wifi. We got passwords for it but neither of us could connect. My husbands laptop didn't even see a network. Also the shower was very small. I am 7 months pregnant and a bit on the heavy side. I couldn't close the shower door. it would have been better if the door would be a slide door.
Review 65：The location of the place was nice and the place was spotless.The breakfast was typical for Italians but it was what we expected and it was yummy.
Review 66：The breakfast itens are put in your bedroom the afternoon before, you have to make your own coffe in an Lavazza Machine. Not complaining, but think is usefull to know before booking. For us, it was fine.

Breakfast items were supplied, "fizzy" water and a fabulous Lavazzo Blue coffee/espresso machine with a steamer and lots of coffee pods as well. I want to get one for home! The B&B is right on the bus line, but is quiet and comfortable; we were able to relax between tours. Would definitely return!

The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines,there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy ticketsor cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice.The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurantrecommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip -Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.
