Review 1：would have liked some comfortable sofas to sit at night, menu and morning info leaflet would have been nice translated for non german speakers

Review 2：Very large room, good nights sleep, we could open the windows to make the room cool as we like it. Outdoor pool lovely, food excellent

Review 4：Wi-fi did not work in our room. Restaurant served only one menu per night with no choises. We had to leave and walk to an other restaurant because pork was not option for both of us. I tried to make reservation for massages more than 1 mths before via e-mail, but never got answer. So I called directly to the hotel 2 weeks before and got reservations made. But at the hotel half an hour before the reservation time we were told that we can not have massages, "massager had to go", and did not get any better explanation.

Review 5：Nice and clean hotel near the slopes. Our superior room had planty of room, big bathroom and balcony with nice mountain view. Skibus stop and supermarket just otherside of the street. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Free parking. Ski tickets sold at the reseption. Very nice spa area with saunas and heated outdoor pool (with nice view to the slopes.

Review 6：Super mooi familiehotel, door overboeking van een ander hotel hier terrecht gekomen en dat was absoluut geen straf. Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk kamers ruim en netjes. Vlakbij de pistes mooie omgeving. Diner en ontbijt waren ook erg goed.

Review 7：The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the skiing area but we had assumedit would be surrounded by other bars, cafes etc for apre ski life.However it is not the case. Our own oversight for not checking this.

Review 8：Staff were exceptionally helpful, from picking us up from the trainstation to proving a free laundry service when this is not actually partof their services. The sauna rooms were excellent and food authentic andvery well priced.
