Review 1：Rooms were very basic but clean and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. The immediate vicinity is a little downmarket but had convenient stores and restaurants.
Review 2：We were picked up at Mestre train station by the proprietor shortly after we arrived. Similarly, he drove us to the airport all for a reasonable price. It would have cost us more if we had used a taxi service.
Review 3：The staff is really taking care of you all the time. They wait for us late at night. It's perfectly clean and all looks like new. 100 mts walking you have a tram to Venezia (and I think a bus too)
Review 4：Christian was delightful and very welcoming,he even picked us up at the airport for a very good price. The hotel is located nearby public transport and Christian even provided us with bus tickets. The wifi works nicely and everything is very clean and well organised. highly recommend it!

Review 7：located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, with a mini-mart 100m away at the road, bus stop, tram stop and La Piazza mini-mall a stone's throw away from the main road, it is really convenient. Gabriel is very friendly and helpful amidst his busy schedule. Room is well equipped (the mini fridge's great for cold beer), WIFI available 24hrs. highly recommended!

Review 18：Brothers Gabriel and Christian were delightful and welcoming. They provided a wonderful suggestion to eat at Piero's, a popular restaurant nearby. Accommodations were clean and roomy. Good Wi-fi. Easy access to Venice via bus.

Review 21：Excellent location if you're looking to catch a flight from there without the hassle of getting on a boat ride from Venice. It's only a 10 minute bus ride to the airport from the location. The host, Gabriel, was super-friendly, and had a map for the area ready along with bus times and recommendations for eateries in the area.

Very nice hosts and good breakfast. kitchen is open all day.

Review 33：Bookings.com says this place accepts payment by credit card. This is nottrue. A bit far from Mestre train station as well as bus transfer stopto Venice. Breakfast was packaged food: instant coffee, flavored juice(corn sugar), buns in celophane wrapper. Better to go to a café.

It's at theend of a dead end street, so very peaceful (you can enjoy sitting in thegarden too). The hosts are friendly and helpful. You can use the kitchenand prepare your meals if you like.
