Review 1：Staff does not speak any other language than Italian. Choice of breakfast . Only sweet little bakery stuff filled with jam. Hotel with old look which gives good atmosphere, but rooms look run down.
Review 2：Location. Big parking. Nice restaurant for dinner. Personal tried their best to understand other than Italian, it was very hard job for them.
Review 3：The woman tried to be a little helpful to me but barely spoke English. The restaurant menu has no English. The location is not very good. They charge for wifi and the pool and the pool is freezing. She didn't even tell us that we had to pay for the pool. Smallest elevator ever. The room needs updating, seems dirty. Toilet flush button doesn't even work. Rhe bathroom door won't stay shut either. Breakfast was boring, just bread. Price way too high for what you get!

Review 6：Room was not inspected or cleaned well ( last guests dirty towel leftbehind door). Daytime staff did nothing to remedy the problem.Daytimestaff verging on rude . Air conditioning units outside bedroom windowvery noisy, did not sleep well. Breakfast poor.
Review 7：The hotel location is good but out of the centre of town, so you needa car always. I prefer city centre location, although I know Goriziavery well.
Review 8：I booked this hotel, as it has a indoor pool, compare to other hotels in this region. It was unable to use the pool,as it was used for local aqua fit lessons, or opens in the morning only at 10am, which is to late when you are staying for business. Also, my unsmoker room smelled terribly after cigarets. The breakfast is a very poor standard and is worse then a hostel. The receptionist couldn't speak any other language then Italian. Luckily I'm German, as the waiter could speak a bit of German,otherwise we would had no hope.
Review 9：A lady on reception spoke to me very rudely one evening when I arrivedhome (around 11pm), because I rang the bell, not realising that I coulduse my room card to enter. She aggressively asked me 'who I was'and 'what I wanted', before I had an opportunity to explain thatI was a guest at the hotel. Very disappointing service.
