Review 1：Beautiful location Fabrizio the owner was so helpful & accomodating, despite having a maintenance problem with the lift. Room size was excellent as was the bathroom. would definitely stay again.

Review 4：Very friendly and helpful staff, crew on front desk speaks English very well, in the restaurant for breakfast you may practice your Italian in exchange:-) The room was comfortable, clean and we slept very well on the bed. Parking space is limited so it is important to reserve which also worked out perfectly in our case. The Hotel is located with view on the lagoon of Orbetello and just round the corner you find the small city centre with nice Restaurants and Bars.

Historic maps of Orbetello on wall led additional interest We stopped here as an easy stop after flying into Rome on our way to Tusacany and the lakes and it was a great choice.
