Review 1：Maybe just add covered chairs for beach relaxing and a slight sun bathing so not too much exposure in the sun.

Review 2：Everyone is accomodating. The place is relaxing and i will definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues

Review 3：Im not a fan of using animals as entertainment. I think it could really do without the elephant rides, horse drawn carriage and chained up bird. The world is moving away from animal cruelty.

Review 7：Unfortunately i was step on the tar near the beach, but still able to clean it which their provided the alcohol to clean it. Just a minor bad experience here is the hotel lobby and the bowling center are not cold. The first time i play bowling until sweat off my whole shirt. I think that should be improve.

Review 8：The swimming pool is nice and it's facing the beach. Even though the beach is not windy but still enjoy the calm feeling when on the beach and took nice photos. 3D2N is really just nice to stay.

Review 9：The dinner was bad, for example. Green Curry;-( The chicken meat has smelled bad and it was not a Thai curry) Maybe the chef had a bad day. Some roads-food is better and much cheaper.

Review 11：Totally overprized!! Beware that food and drinks cost about 4-10x more than other Indonesia! We were actually happy to pay Singapore prizes again. Eatung somewhere is no option since there is nothing else, youre basically trapped in this resort.

Review 12：The staff is amazing. Super friendly and everybody is smiling all the time they pass you. Beaxh and food so so, beware of oil spill on the beach.

Review 13：Staff is extremely rude asking me to go home by ferry or pay for one more room in the hotel (I stay in the beach club) for the extra people. Staff promises to fetch me by 7.30pm to get the last ferry but he came late for the last ferry.

They looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for the fries in the kids meal to be replaced with carrots or fruit (and then they still gave me the fries with the fruit). -Beach currently had jellyfish and some occasional tar spots, so no swimming in the ocean and had to watch where we walked in the sand.

They were so excited to see them every day! -The kids club was the best deal in the place, my daughter kept begging to go do the activities with them. - There is a smaller pool with a waterslide that the activities desk told us about. It was usually quiet and our kids played there for hours. -We liked the quiet Spices restaurant, the others were mostly average.

Walking to breakfast is only 5 mins. I recommend walking along the beach to the mayari villas and eating dinner there at spice restaurant.

Review 80：If you just aim to enjoy the sun shine and beach of Bintan, Beach Club is very good that it is just 1 min walk to the beach. And you could use the facilities of resort hotel (infinity pool) and its just take you 5 mins walk.
