Reviews for Eden Hotel
Review 1:It was almost impossible to have a good shower! Either too hot, or to cold. The mixer was not working properly and the warm water was not sufficient for two showers! It seems that they will go under maintenance. The fridge was not working, so they added one with a transparent door and light. Impossible to sleep with such light in the room, so we had to unplug it... The village, where it does not really worth staying, has a sandy beach which however we found it very crowded.
Review 2:Position close to the train station useful to reach other villages along the cost. Kind familiar staff. Home made crostata!
Review 3:Late at night you could hear people coming out of parties being very loud...
Review 4:The beach was within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was very good for the price...
Review 5:Shower in bathroom is wornout and it is almost imposibel to get the desired temperature of water
Review 6:Very good location, close to beach and train to Cinque Terre. Hotel has a good restaurant
Review 7:Wifi was average to say the least, Old furnishings
Review 8:The hotel manager was very friendly, close to a swimming beach and train station, the restaurant food was great. Value for money.

Review 11:A/C did not work
Review 12:Close to beach
Review 13:Manager couple
Review 14:The hotel is great, but the service was superb! Massimo and staff (his family) were there all the time, with a big smile, ready to answer to any need or questions we had. We will come back.
Review 15:Very overpriced. Fridge was too noisy to sleep with. Fridge was a bar type display one with glass door constantly emitting light. Had to be turned off to sleep. A/C was a movable unit where pipe has to be hung outside open window.
Review 16:Great location if you want to stay in Deiva Marina.
Review 17:I felt ripped off at the Eden Hotel. Air Conditioning didn't work, shower was in bedroom ( and was described as a sexy shower on check in). We were also kept awake by street noise. The restaurant served good pizza but was charged extra when settling bill for a table charge, even though we were staying there. .... Disappointed and Overpriced ....
Review 18:Rooms very old and small. Dirty and badly maintaned. Poor value for the money.
Review 19:The hotel is located very close to the beach. The owner is friendly and attentive.
Review 20:WiFi not working in room but great in public areas
Review 21:The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic. They really contributed to our enjoyment of our time there.
Review 22:tv not working price not fair at all ( the hotel is quite old) breakfeast quite poor
Review 23:position, just 200 meters from the beach! receptionist, it's really funny
Review 24:Sewage line backed up onto our floor and into our friend'S. Theywould not let us enter any of our rooms until they were done vacummingall of it up. They told our friends that they wouln'nt be able touse their bathroom at all foe the rest of our time there and would haveto use the bathroom downstairs by the kitchen, which turned out to belocked at night. Talking about the kitchen, when they were cleaning upthe sewage, the cook was the one bringing down the full buckets ofsewage to dump out....and this was all taking place during dinnerservice at the restaurant which was full of customers. After all thisthey didnt even bother to fully cleap up, leaving unturned tiles and theexposed ground and pipe. The next day at checkout the owner told myfriends sorry but he would not comp that nights stay. This was just onething of a few that turned me away from this place forever.
Review 25:The service. Our septic tank flooded. The room was poorly cleaned after. There were dirt spots left all over the restroom. We never got a fresh set of towels. We had to ask for bathroom tissue twice. We ran late for dinner because we were told we could not go back to our room for 10 minutes and it wound up being a hour.
Review 26:It was a very short walk to the beach and train station.
Review 27:Unpredictable shower temperatures. Curtains couldn't close, so theroom was never really dark. Dodgy plug - seemed overloaded and a bitdangerous. &Quot;Towels" were actually tablecloths - not good forlong thick hair!
Review 28:Freshly baked bread each morning! Friendly owner, very accommodating.Close proximity to the seaside and train station. Perfect for exploringCinque Terre, just 16 minutes away by train, 2.40 euros per adult.
Review 29:Good location and the owner let us park our Harley's in his garage, nice breakfast.
Review 30:Very kind employees and good value for money. A quiet location in the ncie city of Deiva Marina.
