Review 1：We stayed at anannex apartment which was quiet comfortable and pleasant. The owners were welcoming and willing. The capacinno was good, the beach clean and the restaurant top notch.

Review 2：You need a car for this hotel, we were going to get a taxi into Orbetello one night but it cost 30 euro ! for 5km away. Its a beach side basic hotel, the beach is quite wavy if your not a good swimmer.

Review 4：The temperature inside was very low. We stayed there end of Oct - beginning Nov and they didn't even turn the heat on! It was really freezing and had no carpets on the floor! The shower was very tight and it was almost impossible to bend inside..Luckily we had some blanket to put on top, otherwise.. Definitely overrated location, wouldn't say it's a hotel, i'd rather consider it a Motel! No value for this money at all.

Review 6：We only stayed one night on route to somewhere else, but our 2.5 yr oldson loved the little beach. There are loads of toys for kids to playwith, including inflatables etc. the sea was perfect for kids, clear,calm and shallow with no rocks / seaweed. Plenty of sun loungers forthe adults too. We were there out of season but I'm sure the littlebeach snack bar is great when it's open. The staff were very helpfuland friendly, the only thing we would say is that the rooms aren'tvery sound proof, you do hear other guests quite a lot, especiallychairs being moved on the tile floors above. Other than that it was avery comfortable night's stay.

Review 7：WiFi would not connect. Adjacent restaurant was booked out, after a tiring day had to settle for a sandwich from the bar.

Review 14：Loved the location of this hotel. Private beach out the back. Beautiful and relaxing and kid friendly. The restaurant looked wonderful but was booked so we did not eat there. Very close to Porto Santo Stefano where we drove to have a great meal.

Review 15：The shower in the tiny bathroom was not easy to deal with as it consisted of a wrap-around shower curtain, and it did a poor job of containing the water which flooded the entire bathroom floor, which in itself also sloped the wrong way. Also, the whole hotel would benefit from a general update - it is all clean and well kept, it is merely showing its age in general. Great potential, though, especially for the roof terrace that begs to be used more.

Review 16：This family-run hotel is one of very few in the area that is located directly on the beach, with its own beach bar, sunbeds, etc. The restaurant was excellent - actually amongst the best I tried in town, serving up delicious seafood to a full house every night. The bar was a popular hangout for the locals. Ample, free parking. Nice & friendly family and staff, especially the one son who staffed the bar and spoke excellent English. It was all very unassuming, but honest, familiar and nice.

Review 34：Wonderful location for swimmers and sunbathers as the hotel is directly located at a sandy beach and wonderful calm sea , shallow for a hundred metres, so everybody can walk or swim in the sea. Lovely view of the bay. A very good, slow food fish restaurant is combined with the hotel.

Very family-friendly, quiet location (you need to have a car - easy to park), with essential amenities (free wifi and working!), nice breakfast. Rooms are spacious, hand-made deco, clean and tidy. Location is perfect, directly on the beach, half-way between Porto Santo Stefano and the coast. Perfect to drive around the Monte Argentario, visit the nearby countryside or take the boat for Giglio. Highly recommended, very good value for money, perfect location!
