Review 1：For us it was about 35 min walk to the main shops and beach.

Review 2：Staff were very nice and friendly. Motel was well lit up in the evenings. We had a spacious room. Nice pool.

Review 3：We met the owner of the motel one night and he was friendly, down to earth and made us personally feel welcome. Nigel who greeted us was particularly friendly and was genuinely interested in helping us learn the best places to go in Byron etc. The motel is just out of the town centre so it was peacefully quiet and relaxing.

Review 4：There was broken glass in the side of the freezer compartment. The max occupancy of the cottage was 3 people, and even though there was only 2 of us we found it really annoying as the kitchen had been equipped with 3 of everything ( mugs, plates, glasses, cutlery) which meant there was nothing to put food on when serving a meal! The bathroom was a little tired looking.

Review 9：I visited the Sunseeker Motel for some r&r and it was just what I needed after a busy period. My room apartment was perfect and loved the fact there was easy access to the pool though the beaches in Byron are some of the most beautiful I've Ben lucky enough to visit. I cannot recommend it more highly whatever your need. The lovely couple who own it as well as the staff were all awesome. Go visit. You will not be disappointed...

Review 54：My sister, friend and I stayed here in February 2015. It was fabulous. We stayed in one of the cottages. It was lovely clean, cosy accomodation. It was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and nice bath products. Double bed and single bed both comfortable, big tv and nice living room. Great privacy. Lovely pool and gazebo with bbqs. Free wifi was great. Deborah and Graham could not have been nicer owners, they were so helpful and friendly. They were happy to give advice about the area and were very accomodating re late checkout. We loved the place so much we stayed for two extra nights and would have stayed longer if we had the time. It's just a few minutes drive to the centre of town/beach/surf. Will stay here whenever we are back in Byron! Would 100% recommend sunseekers! Thanks!

Review 64：Basic facilities in unit - basic cooking equipment, only 2 settings of crockery/ cutlery. Hard pressed to describe as self contained. Bed was hard and basic model. Only double size. Owners didn't warn us of the holiday parking restrictions in whole of town and beaches which resulted in us getting a $236 fine for unwittingly parking in a 2 hour zone, even though sign next to car indicated unrestricted parking. Completely overpriced during December/January period -3 times normal rental price (as are all rental properties in byron bay).

Review 65：Good that this is a quiet motel away from the hustle and bustle of town. Nice pool area. Well regulated by owners so that noisy visitors aren't tolerated and grounds kept in neat condition. Owners generally very helpful and friendly people.
