Review 1：Room was cold - savings on heating probably. Located under the roof with a noisy equipment linked to the restaurant operation from 19.00 until 22:30. Totally unbearable. italian (only) speaking personal.

Review 3：We opted for the menu of the day most evenings and although ok for the first few days was ok, we were served a terrible meal one night, the waiter took our 7 full plates back with him , without asking, he seemed too busy and too stressed to care

Review 4：The staff were lovely , from the housekeeper to the receptionist , everyone was very nice. The older restaurant maitre d was not as friendly as the others.

Review 5：We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the highway, however it is definitely in need of some renovations. Beds were uncomfortable, the washroom was disgusting. There wasn't even a shower curtain around the bathtub. The lighting in the room was very dim. If you plan on staying here make sure you ask about the room, they show pictures of a renovated room which you pay a lot more for. We got a standard room but I would consider it below standard. Breakfast had fresh croissants and coffee wasn't too bad.

Review 6：The staff was not very friendly. The building was run down. The bed was hard, the AC did not work properly - we looked and noticed the filter was totally plugged. The window in the room opened on a horizontal axis making easy to bump your head or potentially fall out - scary. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and most dishes on our table looked dirty.

Review 22：If you expect 2 stars hotel standard don't hesitate you're at the right place. Unfortunately we expected 4 stars standard and we suggest to avoid this hotel : - A/C doesn't work in room, - We've been woken up in the middle of the night (TV switched on abruptly), If you test the restaurant, you should have your worst italian cooking experience. Moreover, staff will be installed in the same dinner room and they need to watch TV (if you don't like, they don't care).

Review 24：The hotel is a large but quiet. The hotel will pick you up & return you to the railway station, also & subject to availability will run you around the local area e.g. Montecassino 10km, all FOC.

Review 25：Air conditioning did not work. Complained three times about it. Got no real response. Wifi was horrible, no connection on my floor, did not try other floors. Had to sit in lobby in order to connect. Out of the way from most restaurants. Breakfast selection was terrible.

Review 27：The Shuttle to get to the Train Station was barley big enough to get our suitcases and 2 people into it. Not being told to wear long sleeves and long shorts before we left to go to the Abbey, therefore had to spend extra money to come back down to get other clothes on and then go back up. The Hotel staff knew we were going up to the Abbey and didn't tell us that the clothes we were wearing were not acceptable for the Abbey. Could have saved us alot of money and less frustration!!!!

Review 28：I liked everything apart from the lifts which were very sensitive.

Review 29：The staff were absolutely brilliant from the moment we stopped the car outside the hotel to the moment we left. The restaurant manager was brilliant and helpful with the language ( we were English speaking ) and also the menu etc. Nothing was a problem and they had a big conference on at the same time. The rooms were more than adequate and very clean. The price of the hotel was extremely competitive and real value for money.

Review 30：Wifi was not good in the rooms. After them changing our rooms it was still not good and had to keep logging in with the code they gave us. We booked a Deluxe room but think we were given a standard as the room was very small and certainly not 25 square meters as it says on booking.com. Nonetheless we would recommend the hotel.

Review 31：The location of the hotel was great for Cassino. The food was lovely in the restaurant and the waiter was very accommodating. Staff at the reception were also very friendly.

Review 33：Location is good for travellors who driving south from Rome and need a overnight stay. It is near A1 highway, but a little in and on a hill, with a big parking lot.

Review 34：Bar man was never there - had to keep going to reception to ask for a drink. There was a sporting event on for the week and the place was full of teenagers who were very noisy - singing, blowing horns and partying well in to the early hours with the result we did not get much sleep. There was also some kind of generator noise and vibration up our end of the hotel which was extremely annoying. We did complain but nothing came of it - very disappointing.

Review 35：Gentleman at reception was very helpful phoning the car hire company to come and pick us up from the hotel. The hotel was clean and tidy.
