Review 1：Power cuts lasting hours with no power backup, weak internet, cockroaches in lobby, no discount argumented by booking.com cut from reservation

Review 3：The property is hard to get to and is in a very poor neighborhood.

Review 4：Staff was good and the rooms were well maintained. The breakfast was good and staff were quite attentive.

Review 5：Charged extra for breakfast(another booking site had shown B/fast inclusive);also another Rs1200/- for slightly extended stay-had to catch a train in evening .Food was below average.

Review 7：Most of the staff were quite rude, and literally scoffed at small tips. We did not feel welcome at all! The walls of our room were incredibly grubby- we are used to the Indian standard of cleanliness, but this was a bit much. All in all, we did not feel at home.

Review 11：The room,was very dusty and hadn't been cleaned in,a while. On departure they added 400rs to the bill due to pick up, which was insinuated would be free. Also tried to charge an extra 100rs for internet. But after we said that according to our booking it, internet was free, they dropped that charge. Compared to cheaper places we've stayed ay, we didn't think it was worth the price we paid.

Review 13：No Elevator. The restaurant and rooms are upstairs. The Breakfast buffet was not very good. The coffee was horrible. The bathroom exhaust fan does not work.
