Review 1：- Simply there is just no reason to stay in this hotel: poor location, staff and no comfort in the rooms. In orbetello there are plenty good hotels for the same price.- Place is on the highway, far from everything, need to go 10 km by highway to get to the Orbitello; - Staff is extremely unprofessional, tried literally to cheat us with the amount in the invoice; - Restaurant is empty, just a few tables occupied even on saturday night, but still hotel will charge you 2 Eur per person. - Staff may take orders for the drinks, which you will not get, but still in the morning you will find amount it the invoice; - wifi is working only in the few spots in reception, no hope for the rooms... - during 3 week trip in Itally - this hotel was a mistake...

Review 4：This Hotel was very handy for us, by the side of a dual carriageway, It does have garden and a superb seating space.It isn't in walking distance of any 'beauty spots'. We were made very welcome by the lovely family and their restaurant gave one of the best meals we had over our three week holiday.the desserts homemade by the lady of the house!

Review 9：We had to change the room at the beginning cause of the smell of cigarettes. Only because of the fact that it was no other room in this standard we got family room next to swimming pool. The staff wasn't friendly at all. We were ignored during the dinner time in the restaurant. Meal wasn't great and costed a fortune. Micro portions with the need of ordering potatoes and salads extra. The impression after meal was awful and we were treated as a second category guests only because we couldn't speak italian. After not a nice evening another disapointment was a breakfast. Very basic and only sweet. The hotel is situated next to the noisy road so this is more like a motel than hotel if not a swimming pool.

Review 13：Friendly,good food, the property could use a few upgrades in the room, the shower was very small and the water pressure was too low. There was a smell of mildew that was probably left over from the flooding that they had this past year and since it was raining quite a bit the smell was strong. Restaurant had good food, hotel is cozy.
