Review 1：We had no complaints at all .the only thing was the hotel was a bit far out than we throught but this did not really bother us as we dont mind a walk

Review 4：We very much appreciated the personal touch from Angela and Stefano. This (and proximity to Haway Water park next door) is primarily why we returned here. New WiFi is excellent. Restaurant much busier than previous visits with a great family ambiance to it now. Air-con works well.
Review 5：When me and my wife got there they didn't even say hello and welcome just handed over the keys to the room. Everytime we had to pick up or drop off the key we felt uncomfortable it was meant to feel like a holiday not a prison camp

The visits to places with him were excellent. The lady at breakfast was very efficient and helpful

A steak was rare instead of very well done and no getting the message across to the waiter, the receptionist struggled with a simple request. = 2/10 (2pts as the daytime staff who where excellent)

Review 16：We only used the hotel for one night as a stop over to Sorrento, but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Definitely a good place to stay if you're going to Cassino.

Review 18：The hotel has the feel of an American hotel. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large, clean and functional. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk is usually manned by Angela who puts a very nice face on reception and service. I will definitely return.
Review 19：Foot access to Cassino township is virtually non existent a bit dangerous to walk as there is minimal if any footpaths Wi-fi was not great had difficulty logging on every time and it was slow

Review 27：When I saw this hotel had a pool I was excited - we were going to be doing quite abit of driving and I thought it would be nice to cool down and relax by the pool- boy was I wrong - there are several pools but in typical Italian style it includes loud music, aerobics and general chaos - great for families not for relaxing ( my fault I should of looked closer at what I was booking) - out of town

We enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the room and appreciated having a breakfast in the morning. The dining room served a wonderful dinner as well. We truly enjoyed speaking with Angela, from the reception desk. Her passion for the region and its history was most inspiring, making us want to return and spend more time in the future.
