Review 1：Just like home!! Very good location!! Comfort and plenty for everything you need. Jacuzzi and sauna are perfect after a long day travelling. During our stay, Johannes was so friendly and helpful. He gave us very useful information about the city.

Review 2：We spent the last day of 2015 at OUR HOUSE. Everything was perfect, the location, the lovely decoration, the nice people we met. We had a memorable day during our visit to Iceland. Hans and his cute Chinese wife was very kind and caring, they had even prepared some fireworks for every guest so that we could go and enjoy the NEW YEAR's firework party outside the big church with local people, yelling, laughing and wishing. Review 3：The hosts, Johannes and Junia, were so kind and showed unsparing generosity. They helped me a lot during my staying. Don't hesitate to ask anything you need. Even though everything couldn't be done, they'll try their best.

Review 4：Beautiful home in a perfect location next to central Reykjavic! Our host was really helpful throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this charming city break.Felt very 'at home'.

Review 5：- No room safe - Accommodation is not on the pick up list of major tour operators. So you'll need to walk to the nearest hotel for pick up when you book group tour / tranafer. Good news is that it's only 2 minutes walk away.

Review 6：- Great location - Near grocery store and highly rated restaurants (1 minute away) - Within 10 minutes walk to the very centre of the city - Hosts speaks English and Mandarin - Free local GSM phone for usage. (This was on trial basis. Not sure if it will be a permanent feature.)

Review 12：Reykjavik Excursions does not have a drop at this guest house from the airport, which was a little inconvinient. Not exactly a problem with the property, but probably the management could look into it

Review 14：Very smooth check in, comfortable stay, it's a shame we only stayed for a night. This was the first place my friends and I cooked while on the road, and they had a very very clean and nice kitchen to use for that.

Review 16：One of the best guesthouses we had in Iceland. Very cozy, house with a lot of character. Nicely decorated. Good kitchen, nice bathroom with whirlpool, sauna. Great location, next to Hallgrimmskirkja and just a few minutes to Laugarvedur. Our plane was departing very late in the evening but we could store our luggage there all day and use the facilities (except of our room).

Review 17：I am a little disappointed as I would expect more from an accommodation with 9.3 score. It is not as clean as I expected. Especially the shared bathrooms. Two bath rooms seem far from enough for 12 ppl when it is full house. At this moment the house is being painted from outside which also brought a lit inconvenience as it has an unpleasant smell.

Review 27：Breakfast was a very hit and miss affair - either there was something to eat or there wasn't - almost literally!, and it made no difference whether it was 'made' for you or you made it yourself. Being there only for 4 days it was difficult to work out whether the 15 Euro per head charged was reasonable in relation to other 'breakfasts' or not but given the frugality of what was on offer (sic!) I would, if staying again, buy my own food and now that on awaking there would be something to eat.

House was very nice, clean and it was so nice to be able to make a coffee/tea when we wanted!! Hlynur, the young man running the house was very helpful and welcoming. They even offered a free phone for use while at the house!! Love, love, love this place. Great way to end our Iceland adventure.

Review 32：Our house was the perfect little home in Reykjavik. Our room was ready early, and we met some of the other young clientele on our way out. The host, Hlynur, was extremely helpful and even printed an itinerary for our trip through the golden circle.

Review 38：The staff was very helpful, friendly, and gave us suggestions on the best things to do in Iceland. Each suggestion they gave us was one of our favorite spots on the trip. We even got to go out to dinner with the hosts one night, it truly did feel like "our house." The accommodations themselves are so clean, comfortable, and quaint. The sauna, record player, large kitchen, and espresso maker make this hostel/guest house the best I've ever been in!

Review 39：The location is super - right at the heart of downtown Reykjavik with walking distance to major attractions. The decor, the amenities - sauna, Jacuzzi, shower, washing machine, patios, kitchen, recently updated fixtures, old music records - make us feel right at home. My two teenager children simply loved it. Manager Hlynur Snaer Johannesson is very accommodating and helpful with helpful info sent to us prior to our arrival. He also directed us to our point of interest over the phone when I could not find my way. We truly felt like staying at our own house - aside from sharing it with other guests.
