Review 1：The room smelt somewhat of smoke, the beds and pillows were seriously hard (a bonus for some people maybe but not me), and the hot breakfast was lacklustre. Also, it's not in the old town which I hadn't appreciated (but easy mistake to make).

Review 2：The room was huge and had a balcony, and there is a 24 hour reception (handy if coming back from a wedding). The staff were very helpful.

Review 5：Ugly hotel on an ugly road. Ugly room that gives the feeling to be in the 80s. Really bad beds, as hard as rocks. Really bad walls, you can hear your neighbors speaking.

Review 10：Nice and friendly staff, good rooms with balcony. Liked the roof terrace too. The walls was paper thin and the breakfast could improve with fresher ingredients. But the overall impressions are great value for money, and close to the beach (we hired bikes from the hotel).

Review 40：This hotel had one of the best breakfasts we had during our stay inItaly.Parked our rental car right out front and it was an easy walk tothe center of this cute little town. There was even a two burner stovetop and fridge in the room.No problem to get a pot to make tea beforebed. This room also had a balcony and wonderful roll down shades.

Review 45：No shuttle service to the train station or to the beach after month of August. If there is no shuttle service then provide free bicycles so that people can get around, Bicycle hire was €10 per day which is quite high for buget travellers.

SenioraNunzi manager is excellent, also everyone else from the cleaning lady to, the restaurant staff and everyone in the office. Very clean, verylooked after homely place, also they have a free shutle bus to the beachand back , a few trips each way . I haven,t heard any other hotel havingthis great service. Breakfast is great variety oF everything also thereis a barrista there , who is waiting for guests to order any hot drinksthey wish. I stayed 2 weeks there and very happy I found them

Review 51：A great choice for active travellers. A superb location and great surroundings with much to see or just to relax. What makes your stay even more enjoyable is a great starff from reception to dining area and housekeeping. If I went to Orbetello one more time, would stay there again.

Review 54：My mother and I are just back from what began as a week's stay inOrbetello at the Park Hotel Residence. The staff were more thanfriendly, especially Sabrina, who spoke very good English. I don'tunderstand some of the reports about this hotel, because it couldn'thave been better for us.The location is perfect, just minutes away from the main shops and lots of really great restaurants. The town is lovely, with plenty going on in the various piazzas, and it sits between two lovely sea lagoons which provides a beautiful view from the roof top terrace at the hotel. Even the breakfast was great, with scrambled egg and bacon in addition to all the usual contiental fare. After having to leave a private house in Porto Ercole which was unsuitable for my 80 year old mother, and filthy into the bargin, the Park Hotel organised their bus to come back for us, and booked us in again for a further 6 nights. The staff were all brillant, and we loved every minute. Top marks to the Park Hotel!

Located very close to the city centre and just in front of the hotel you have the bus that takes you directly to santo porto or tran station, very convenient if you wanna travel a bit around!!! Room was well cleaned and my compliments to the receptionists, very friendly and helpful!

Review 58：Our apartment for four was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was a lot better than we expected. We found some nice restaurants and shops in close distance. It took 10 minutes to drive to Parrina (wineyard) and it was worth visiting. It also took only 1 hour to drive to waterfalls of Saturnia. We also visited the beach of Feniglia with the hotels shuttle and the beach is very good with fine (hot!) sand dunes and it´s ideal for kids because the water deepens slowly.
