Review 4:Beautiful view, very nice common areas, vicinity to all amenities

Review 5:The bathroom is a little outdated and the furniture in the rooms would also need to be changed sometime in the near future.

Review 6:The hotel is very well located and has a nice outdoor terrace and courtyard. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good size and we had a room with a view on teh Meteora, which was great.

Review 7:Nothing

Review 8:Extremely friendly and professional check in/out. Nicely furnished room with dramatic views of Meteora monasteries. Good air conditionning. Great swimming pool. Excellent location with parking facilities, close to restaurants, ice cream parlours and evening strolls.

Review 9:Wifi was not working well if at all in hotel rooms and was only available in reception.

Review 10:Clean modern rooms with excellent spacious bathroom. Great location!

Review 11:The bath is very narrow making it a little difficult to shower in if you do not not regularly use a shower bath.

Review 12:centralnes of hotel to town and the monasteries. The staff were so helpful and cortious. the price of the hotel was very fair especially of the time of the year we were there.

Review 13:Nothing to fault

Review 14:Divani hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, hotel was kept very clean, the Buffett breakfast was plentyfull and a very large viriaty of breakfast foods all kept to the correct temperature and all kept clean & fresh was one of the best Buffett breakfast he have had throughout all our different hotel accomidation and Buffett breakfast around Greece. The view from our hotel balcony overlooking the Meteora was amazing this hotel did not dissapoint in anyway. Will deffinently recommend it and will deffinitly book this hotel again.

Review 15:Breakfast was average. There was a grashopper on our table.

Review 16:The Pool was excellent. Big and clean. A bit weird that it was on the street side. Great location close to Meteora.

Review 17:The only negative would be that there is no ramp at the front of the hotel for heavy suitcases or wheelchairs.

Review 18:Stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The pool was especially welcome with the temperatures around 38 degrees! Room was a generous size compared to some other places we've stayed in, breakfast was lovely, great carpark right in front of the hotel.

Review 19:Both days Internet was either interrupted or down ! They only have one Internet so no where at the hotel I could be connected it was a simple hotel .. Nothing impressive

Review 20:Great breakfast Clean good staff .. But from divani U expect more .. I wish I had stayed at traditional local apartments

Review 21:The front desk lady was rude and extremely unhelpful. She never smiles and basically didn't want to speak to you and was very abrupt with her answers on anything you asked.

Review 22:Location is convenient and air conditioning strong

Review 23:You have to pay for wifi.

Review 24:Fabulous interiors and very friendly, helpful staff. Large outdoor pool with waiter service for drinks. Indoor spa. Perfect location for anyone without a car. Public bus to mountains 5 mins walk from hotel (3 euro return), every 2 hours.

Review 25:El desayuno podría ser mejor y la conexión de wifi bastante mala, muy poca señal, no solo en la habitación, tampoco era buena en el lobby .

Review 26:La atención del personal, el estado del hotel en general, la habitación deluxe muy cómoda

Review 27:Tea and coffee at breakfast were cold. Apart from this the buffet meal was very good in the evening.

Review 28:The staff were very helpful and arranged a trip for us to the monasteries.

Review 29:Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful facilities. Excellent breakfast (homemade). They put together festivities for Easter (kokoretsi, cold meats, cheese, and alcoholic beverages) free of charge for the customers, followed by a rich buffet lunch (that one for a fee). The kids absolutely loved it!

Review 30:they sell a hotel with spa and then 1) you have to pay extra to use the gym and the spa 2) the spa is not heated, so, what is the point of selling a spa if you can not use it? 3) They told us that we could use the hamman and the sauna if we paid but when we wanted to use it they told us that they had no people that could take care of putting on the hamman and the sauna

Review 31:The hotel is nice, room as well

Review 32:1.personalot lie, charged services not used, 2. The staff at the reception is not hospitable 3. We stayed on January 18, 2015, a woman from the reception was arrogant, charge 20 Euros for the pool that does raboteshe.Toa occurred on 01/19/2015 at 10:30 AM

Review 33:Recommendation: in this hotel nobody should go. The hotel should be deprived of the work permit

Review 34:The hotel is outdated Free wifi was not working Staff at reception seemed as if they rather be doing something else Overpriced: there are better and cheaper options in kalambaka Inside pool and sauna are not free There were a lot of kids that made a lot of noise

Review 35:The beds were comfortable

Review 36:We ordered two large rooms on the 20m at the price of 110 Eu each. In fact, these rooms were not more than 16m. On the page for this hotel booking.com shows wrong information.

Review 37:The view to Meteora is great. Free parking, excellent staff. The service of the hotel staff was very friendly and gave us free use of the sauna. Internal swimming pool was not heated, but it was cool after hot sauna.

Review 38:Good location in Kalambaka, at a walking distance of the center, but just outside of the bustle of it. Large premises with garden and parking. Nice view to the rocks.

Review 39:Room was small, only one plug per bed so it was light on or other electronic plugged in by the bed. There were other spots to put your cell phone etc. Everything else was fine. A little off center if one had no car, but could walk to center in 10 min. minutes.

Review 40:The location was good, with good free parking. Pool and grounds lovely, great breakfast which was included in our price, but not free. All staff in all areas great (except one desk clerk, there's always one.) Beds comfortable, very clean. Good shower, hairdryer.

Review 41:Breakfast coffee and orange juice were mediocre.

Review 42:Staff is discrete but helpfull and friendly - even the morning after Greece lost the 1/8 finals against CRC.

Review 43:wi-fi slow

Review 44:location,rooms were very nice breakfast was good, nice hotel.

Review 45:The food for a 4 star hotel. I would like a little more variety. The quality was good.

Review 46:Facilities

Review 47:There is no so sofa in the DE LUXE ROOM (in booking.com , there is)

Review 48:the staff was excellent and very gentle , they REALLY seem to care about us!

Review 49:The room was cold. In the spa the pool was cold too.

Review 50:The view to the Meteora rocks

Review 51:Gym was closed

Review 52:Great Staff

Review 53:staff doesn't care too much. Bad dinner and breakfast.

Review 54:Free parking with plenty of space

Review 55:Wifi was not always working

Review 56:- the spa and swiming pool were not maintained and usable - the picture is misleading

Review 57:- location - attitude of the staff - welcome fruits

Review 58:very nice hotel with a nice view. staff very helpful.

Review 59:Great staff!

Review 60:Very friendly staff

Review 61:Pools closed early

Review 62:Lovely hotel. Nice view of the mountains

Review 63:Great place to see the monestaries with a great pool (no service unfortunately)

Review 64:Location near monastery

Review 65:Pool though not used feels very close to the Main Street.

Review 66:Room, breakfast, location's accessibility, clean & new.

Review 67:Spa is under repair Wifi is not available in rooms.

Review 68:Staff is helpful.

Review 69:Rooms need renovating!!

Review 70:Great view of the Meteora, close to the main shops and restaurants, nice pool, quiet location, nice breakfast

Review 71:No snacks/light meals available during the day or early evening

Review 72:The pool area. Nice view from the bedroom balcony of the monasteries

Review 73:Poor breakfast, no bath robes...expensive for the provided facilities.

Review 74:The location, private parking, excelent Meteora view.

Review 75:Everything great. Very positive surprise in all aspects

Review 76:The view to Meteora is great. This hotel is very convenient if you are driving, just before the road becomes oneway and congested through town (which means a lot of buses use it too).

Review 77:i will not rate this hotel as a 5 stars one. could be max. a good 4 stars one.

Review 78:Kalambaka/Meteora, it's one of the beautifull places in the world. you need at list a one full day or more to tour the place.the hotel is nice, the price is resonabble, reach breakfast.

Review 79:It is advertised as a Spa hotel but when we stayed there the pool was not heated and neither was the spa area. There were also no spa procedures offered. We were there off season but in this case it should be made clear to the customers that the spa is closed.

Review 80:I did not particularly like the breakfast outlay and quality as well as the wifi which needs to be overhauled, as with lots of people service was intermittent.

Review 81:The location is great, especially with a room with a view towards the monasteries. The staff was helpful although not necessarily always au fait with what was available possibly due to the fact that the hotel was full

Review 82:Reception desk is very dull, no pro activeness, first impression was bad. Spa facilities not available.

Review 83:The location, food was ok. 5 min walk to the shopping street.

Review 84:1. Extremely rude behavior of the manager. 2. We went there as a just-married couple, but they couldn't care less. 3. The bed was so squeaky you could hardly sit on it (they later changed the room upon request). 4. The water in the hot tub was cold (not even warm). 5. There was no employee at all on the spa floor. 6. Very expensive for what it has to offer

Review 85:Good breakfast. Clean. Nice bathroom.

Review 86:Knowing other Divani hotels, it was not the same level of other hotelsof the chain.Internet was not available reportely due to problem of the hotel modem that could not br repaired due to Hpliday period. I remained three full days out of internet and this is for me a serious problem. An hotel such as Divani should have means to repair internet even during a week-end/

Review 87:We felt that the hotel was overpriced. We booked a room with Meteora view, and we were shown one without, unless you were prepared to hang outside the balcony! The hotel was advertised as having an indoor heated swimming pool (even mentioned in their own information brochure), only to find out that the pool was non-operational and not heated anyway.

Review 88:Location

Review 89:The room smelt of tobacco. After a day with the window opened it still smelt...

Review 90:The swimming pool. The large bed.The big room(-we took a superior room, perhaps this was the reason) Good breakfast. Good decoration Very helpul staff.

Review 91:Five Star ***** Divani should be a 5 star hotel!!!! This place is fabulous, a hidden treasure. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel obviously recently renovated- very stylish. The rooms are definitely 5 star- from the decor to the comfort, the linen used and especially the views of the Metrora from every room. That's what we came for and that's what we got !

Review 92:Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, save as to the bed linen ofcourse, which was immaculate. There were hairs in the bathroom showerand floor belonging to another and the bedroom floor looked as if it hadnot been properly swept and mopped prior to another guests departure. There were no slippers or bathrobes (usually found in 4 start hotels) and despite asking for a strictly smoke free room upon booking, we were placed in a room with an ashtray and accompanying matches. Despite never using these as highly allergic due to asthma, we had to open the door for a few hours to let the ever so slight smell of stale smoke out. The smell could have been confused as a musty smell, but it was a smell akin to someone having smoked in there several days before we arrived and after airing the room, it had disappeared all together. There were no TV/coffee making facilities, again usually found in a 4 star hotel. Finally, one had to pay an additional 10 euro each to use the spa facilities- again this would be standard in the price usually in a 4 star hotel.Similarly, I would urge them to do something about the orange juice served, as it was very unappealing. It was fresh, but we suspected it had been watered down considerably, to the point that it did not taste like fresh juice. Moreover, the female reception staff need to appear more friendly and greet with a smile. If all the latter had been rectified, then this hotel would be a truly 4 star hotel and would then most likely gain a better reputation and soul and surpass the other quainter places that appear to do very well (far cheaper), despite only being 3 stars and not having the same facilities on offer. This hotel cannot afford for visitors to leave not content as they will not return and Meteora is not a place at the the forefront of ALL holiday makers minds etc. This hotel could be so much more if just minor changes were made and cannot simply rely on its location.

Review 93:The ground floor area of the hotel was fantastic and very much a 4 starhotel from this aspect. The hotel balcony and views over Meteora Rocks could not have been better. Similarly, the hotel location right on the outskirts of the town and yet situated so wonderfully for the visiting of Monasteries, was again fabulous and could not have been better. Finally, the hotel breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection (save as to the orange juice) and the staff present at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant- the gentleman there could not do enough to assist.

Review 94:We took one look at the restaurant for dinner and walked out. We foundgreat local food close by.

Review 95:It is located in the main town, it is easy to find as it is the biggesthotel in the area and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a goodvariety of food available.

Review 96:Pool virtually in car park. Chaotic breakfast.

Review 97:view

Review 98:Big professional hotel. View to the Meteora rocks from the room / balcony. Easy parking (which is not so common in Greece)

Review 99:-Rooms a bit outdated -beds with old blankets on

Review 100:-Location -friendly efficient staff

Review 101:Bead was very firm (I realize that is subjective) but I was glad I had brought my own pillow.

Review 102:Nice breakfast Great rooms

Review 103:Clean bedsheets luxury facilities , fair brecfast .Very comforable and warm quilt . Nice view from the elevator .Available baby bed upon request .

Review 104:the design of the hotel and room, the outside pool, the info point

Review 105:Some of the people from the staff did not speak English and it was difficult to understand as.

Review 106:Almost everything.

Review 107:The proximity and view of Meteora and the luxury. The pool and spa were great.

Review 108:It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, very comfortable, great location and a great pool.

Review 109:1. No 24 hours heating2. Poor breakfast 3. 15 years old TV 4. SPA service is closed!!! 5. Expensive for its services

Review 110:1. Location2. Parking
